I've watched this entire show over a number of times, and this monologue in the courtroom, I think, is one of the greatest things ever put to film. Every sentence Ricky says just paints a picture. And the exasperated, speechless look on the judges face at the end. Priceless.
I think Robb Wells is one of the best and most talented actors I’ve come across. It’s very difficult to pull off coming across this dumb and he executes this role to perfection. So well done. I crack up each & every time I watch this scene amongst many others in the series. Well done on every level. 👌🏽
My late Dad was a University prof, Australian in Canada, reputation a little bit stiff, and North American stuff had to be really great to get a nod. I came back to visit once to find that TPB was his “thing” now, much to my shock (early seasons). He’d laugh for days! Friggin loved that stuff, and this clip easily sums up why; Ricky’s actually impeccable but totally mad internal logic, added to the big the heart and actual caring that SullyVale had, often with Trinity as the focus. You can see the judge here processing it all in kind of the same way actually, though with out the laughs. I believe he let Ricky go home?? Above all I think my Dad appreciated the rich Canadian flavour (we rarely get to see on TV), shown in this genius series. RIP Pop❤ Sorry to be serious, guys!! This is absolutely hilarious but in reality he would have never got trinity back from child protective services. There would have been so many hurdles to go tbrought before him and Lucy could have but God this was great him just constantly talking and everyone looking at him like he's crazy as fuck.
Weed is the same as tobacco to me for pain relief I usually can't get stoned from it because I use it as a pain medication for my bullet wounds missing kidney imploded chest same as ambrose and tons of fractures without casts while the bones mended so I have cronic pain from that
