    WOW she is a phenomenal and skillful teacher but most of all, her body language, tone of voice and articulation are very intentional and clear....Communication to the max.. I want to learn better communication skills from her. thank you

    @8:12 overall the actual advice is to be phony and just tell them what then want to hear. I appreciate the effort she put in and the way she explains everything clearly, but the underlying message is "we are all pretending". I'm not sure why companies prefer people who would lie to them, I guess it's better to be obedient than it is to be qualified in their eyes. Nobody gets motivated by "overachieving his quarterly goals", people get motivated by their salary, prospects to grow and get a better position, work/life balance, good environment - meaning a supportive team and a manager who shows empathy, trustworthiness and good moral values. These answers are going to get you straight to the 'rejected' bin, so let's stop pretending such questions help employers identify the best fit candidate, they identify the most prepared to lie candidate and that's that.

    Basically if you're not a self-motivator, you not able to get a decent job? Even if you can and will do the job but at the minimum you need your work not to be only reprimanding with any and all temps to do the job. Especially when trying to be creative with task.
