Thranda Cessna C208 Caravan Electrical System

This is a quick overview of the Cessna Caravan's electrical system, as we've simulated in our Thranda Design C208 Cessna Caravan and C208B Grand Caravan for X-Plane 11.
It has a 24V battery, a single 28V 200 amp Generator, and a 75 amp Standby Alternator, as well as the capacity to use an external ground power unit (GPU).

Ah yes. The special switches with big red dangerous guards which do the EXACT same thing as the switches directly next to them . I will remember these in an emergency.

Wow, that is very accurate modelling of the C208 electrical system. just one thing, the External Power has 3 settings, OFF, Start, BUS. On BUS the GPU is running the electrical system, but to start, you have to place the switch in the START position, then you start the engine as per normal, power is going straight from the GPU to the starter. Not sure if that can be modelled in the sim software.
