I finally got ahold of a af16 and was wondering how i can mount it to my aero, really wish you showed how to in this video because i dont think any videos showing it exists.
The scoring on the old kit wasn’t too bad but the molossi and pollini kits I’ve done break in on a few and a few just rip them.. name brand the way to go
Appreciating the documentation on these scooters! I have an 86 Aero and just rebuilt the top end w a 72cc kit as well. If you don't mind, what main jet are you running? I am running a 90 but my spark plugs are wet (and white / not sooty which I haven't seen before).

@@BrunerTuner how hard was the swap. I picked up a "85 aero50 that has a hard seized piston and can't find any kits..just saw that a dio engine swap is possible. Back in '13 they said you have to do wiring to the magneto, change a motor mount bushing out (step down bushing) or another option is welding up a motor mount, and brake line.

think you could do a carb breakdown? theres not alot of information on carbs for older aeros and leads
Believe it or not but I have a Honda aero 50 that runs and drive but I lost the key. Using the kick start. Still AWESOME!
