I stayed in one of the pods 3 years ago and found them abit cramped. Unfortunately when in lounge area you are directly opposite another pod and unless you alter the blinds which makes it darker inside there is little privacy, stuck to a caravan after that trip and we do go to Rockley 3 to 4 times a year.

I found sleeping in the living room difficult because it's still light even with the blinds closed, and the alarms flashing all night - but I find this a problem in caravans if you're in the lounge too. We look forward to going back to Rockley, it's one of my favourite parks. 😊

They are lovely, we want to stay in them again when Jess is a little older.

They are in Purbeck View, near to the main facilities.

I'm staying here next year with my partner. Seems a good pod for 2 people staying, would you agree?

We loved the pods, it just doesn't work for us as well now as the caravans do. I think you'll be fine in one as a couple. They are so cosy , but also feel fresh and bright.

No idea, I seems that if it's made of wood they're being called pods. I've stayed in small ones that look like garden sheds to a huge one with full size bathroom and bedrooms.

I feel enclosed just looking at it.

Because of the high ceilings it wasn't too bad, and the huge windows let in a lot of light. We had a lovely stay and they are very homely, but our biggest problem was putting the bed down every night and the short second bedroom. I think they would be better for a couple, but as a family i probably wouldn't stay in one again because a caravan is easier.

The pods are nice, but I think best suited to families with primary school age children. I like the space in a caravan but the cosy home feel of the pods.

You are really good at reviewing. We used to stay at rockley, but we now stay at sandford in wareham forest. A much better park and accommodation better- and it’s over half the price - the free tea and coffee when we got to the caravan after a 4 hour drive was much appreciated too :-)

Thank you so much. I finally got round to finishing my Rockley Park tour video this weekend and it should be up in the next day or so. It's changed a fair bit since we were last there seven or eight years ago. Wareham Forest sounds good, and I've rarely said no to a free coffee 😉

Sandford is showing a lot more expensive for the dates I want than rockley is. We're at sandford this summer and booking rockley next summer, never been to rockley

Rockley Park is lovely, it's a nice big park with plenty of things to do and the entertainment was fantastic. We're staying at Sandford this year too. 😊
