i think you should add a double bass, but besides that this is insanely good

Sounds really nice as is but in the beginning
since its a bit more like an orchestra accompanying a piano i think it might work better if the piano was more complicated, or atleast chords or something more than single notes
Thanks for the input! I had planned on the piano just being the melody, with the quartet being the harmony, but i do see how adding more complexity to the piano part would benefit it. Thanks again!

For such a relatively simple composition, I love how your were able to add the depth and the harmonic conflict and resolution that serves as the basis for the song. I also love the little Vampire cameo in there, I thought it was so cool!

what version of musescore did u use for this if you dont mind me asking
I use musecore 4.0, much better strings than 3 :)
I feel like the violins are too loud, maybe toning them down a bit in the mixer. And some pizzicato in the cello or at least add a bass for some pizzicato. This is really pretty though.

Thanks for the feedback. Toning them down in the mixer might do the trick, but i feel it brings out the ‘desperation?’ I tried to add. Perhaps turning up the viola and cello might be a bit better? Also yeah, A double bass would have been a good addition to provide more foundation.
