Ham Gujarati log gehu , javar ka karkara aata me banate hai.aate k andar hi hari mirch, adrak,namak, hing , haldi dhaniyajira ka powdar thodishi chini ,namak . mixed karake methibhaji dalte hai.muthiya ( kofta ) banate hai jyada testi lagte hai. Steam karke talte nahi fraypen me rai hing til chokha karke fray karte hai.
