Can not believe they brought out a tape to measure the distance to check if you were on the restricted area. That takes a special kind of person and a special kind of anorak!
Measuring the easement, now that was childish, idiotic and funny at the same time.
They then left you with no way I could see of monitoring you, unless there was a camera at the junction.

@@billjackson8782 He's not wasting his time and I'm not a loser "like us". Ive been mistreated by the police since I was an 8 year old victim of a sex offender. I trstified in court against him, only to see him walk free even after the investigator told my mom that these types progess to killing their victims so as to leave no witnesses. I have been pulled over for "drunk driving" when I'm a non-drinker and beacause I had no driving offense record, was yelled at and lectured for my dog not wearing a seatbelt when no such law exists, terrifying my 8 year old daughter who was a passenger when this police abuse occured. My 9 year old son was cornerned by a sex offender and I when I went to file a complaint with video proof, my 9 year old was lectured by cops to be a "good boy" so he didn't end up in a cage, which is the location in the police department where our formal statement of a known sex offender chasing my child was recorded. This all happened in the 70s and 90s. Nothing has improved and it continues to get worse. May God bless justin as he coninues to fight for our rights. He is local to me and some day, I hope to do an audit with him as a back up camera witness. Flexing and protecting our rights againts those in power who seek to victimize us further, rather than to help us seek justice.

They must have too much time on their hands if they can come out and measure the right of way. It just broke his heart when he found out you were legit. That was a very petty move which shows clearly what kind of people they are. Can you imagine how he treats his family after work.

Did he measure from the center of the road or from the roadway? The reason I ask is because most of the easement laws are written to measure from the center of the closest roadway to the edge of the Road ... which is defined as the portion of the road that is designed and intended for vehicular travel. I believe that means he needs to measure from the center of the lane not from the double yellow line in the middle of the road. The reason being that the double yellow line is not designed and intended for vehicular travel. Plus there would be no reason to Define Road and roadway separately in the law if that were the case.

I like what you’re doing. Seriously, I’m totally addicted to these audits and am learning soo much. But I will have to disagree with you on the treatment of the prisoners. I honestly believe that if they were treated 10x’s worse there wouldn’t be repeat offenders. It’s like a vacation in there, 3 meals a day, TV, exercise rooms, library, free college... should I go on? My uncle was in prison for attacking a cop, got is masters in engineering, now he rolling in the money. There’s something really wrong with that. Cement bed and a couple years seclusion would cure anyone from wanting to break the law. Keep up the good work and stay brave. 👍🏽

Unarmed Security. Your job is to observe and file a report. Never approach the public. If you suspect anything out of the ordinary, call the police and run like your life depends on it. Remember you have no insurance and will be fired immediately if injured. See employee handbook under reasons for termination. Also as you are running try to grab the reports, if you can do so safely.

I think the set back there may be 150' from center of road.
Because there are utilities on the other side of the 33' he measured. Where the generator is has power company utilities.

I’m a Correctional Officer and I never mistreat Inmates! I treat everyone with respect and I am there for their protection and well being. Not all Correctional Officers are bad just like all Inmates are not bad they just made a mistake in some situations

Have you considered giving them the grief they sought to give you? Make the complaint they came off site, neglecting their duties, to harass a citizen engaged in a legal activity.
