You can paint those buttons and make stickers for them and they will look like new
Paint the buttons Mike, put some play doh or something similar in the letter grooves. Pack tight, skim it off, paint and the pick the doh out with pick.

Yo ! for your buttons, try to laser engrave the plastic then paint it black, and put slowly white paint in the engraved parts

Don’t reupholster the seats and don’t dye the carpet! The carpet will eventually fade first of all and second, the imperfections in the carpets will stick out like a sore thumb(fade spots and worn stuff). I would personally go with bride reclineables. The black/grey gradient pattern would really compliment the all black interior
if the hex bolt is stripped on that rear sail panel (like mine was) try hammering a cheap 5 point socket on it and use a ratchet to remove it.
you should look up garage moon power for the floormats it would add a little flavor to the all black

Divine must say great work just one question and correct me if I am wrong, but it looks like your arm rest and a few other stuff are leather and in the video you were painting them. So my question would only be, has the thought come to mind that the paint may come off in a few month's time if its possible?
Do note that I have never used that paint before so I do not know if it can come off

STOP 🛑 spraying interior panels. If you are taking everything out. FLOCK it.. It will look so much better..........
I think the flocking is a better job than wrapping.. Wrapping would work too but the flocking is a bit more permanent, can be touched up if and area gets damaged and it gets in around all the wee groves better..... Plus flocking an area like a dashboard won't affect the airbags..... Plus with flocking you've absolutely no issues with creases and over time it won't lift or sag.... FLOCKING is better.

I'm not too sure how well the duplicolor will work on the carpet. I did the same as you are doing now a few years ago. Took about a day of driving around before the color started to come off the carpet and reveal the tan color again. I haven't done any interior painting since then but does a dye kit exist for carpets? I'm sure that would work a ton better.
Bailey Sims it never works super well. It shows all the tiny flaws the carpet had, so honestly you’re better off getting a new carpet

Why not find a part out with an sc that has black interior? Maybe the junk yard has one. I know not all the parts are the same but I’m sure some of the buttons are.
