Ashura was the first person to create Rasengan. He used it the first time he fought Indra in the Animé. You should watch it

The filler characters Ashura and Indra shouldn't borrow such iconic moves because it depreciates how iconic they were.
Itachi's Amaterasu was legendary and one of a kind, and he passed it on to Sasuke who may even pass it on to Sarada. Indra having it both doesn't makes sense and is just dumb.
Ashura didn't create the rasengan, Minato did. Minato's rasengan was the main bridge that connected his legacy to Naruto, of which Jiraya helped make come true.
For Ashura to spit out rasengan-like orbs like that is such a shame.
The absolute disrespect those characters give to Itachi and Minato breaks my heart like wtf really? It's so lazy.
Just a reminder most characters still have the same Ultimate for 13 years now.
Tbf those same characters either don't have anything more to work with or weren't fleshed out enough to be given more.
It's moreso a fault of the series lol

@@fruitspunchsamuraik The animation in them isn't good, feels much stiffer and just overall less quality, they don't need big city destroying attacks, a smooth animation like Mitsuki's S4 Ultimate is a good example.
The Indra and Ashura in this game are the filler versions of Indra and Ashura that the anime people refused to make anything other than exact moveset clones of their reincarnations.
...I will say tho, the Buddha statue using Rasengan with every single one of its 1000 arms is baller AF and I love how Indra doesn't _necessarily_ have to be a Sasuke clone to do his ult
I don't think Ashura is supposed to have that much power. He was weak, that's the sole reason why his father gave the Bijuu to him.

Ashura using a much earlier variation of Rasengan which is Amenomihashira isnt much of a retcon or a plot hole by CC2. Thats more so just anime filler being stupid. But technically Minato did create the techinque that everyone would adopt inspired by the Tailed Beast Bomb...its just Ashura technically also had one 😅
Imo it was just lazy, no hate to cc2 they worked with what they had. The problem was the filler and that they gave ashura and indra justbeverything from hashirama/naruto and madara/sasuke instead of their own thing
Since Ashura was also years before Minato, he could very well have just not taught it to anyone and it was forgotten to history but then Minato basically discovered it again.
Minato's rasengan used to be the symbolic fulfillment of passing his legacy down to Naruto, which is now complete crap thanks to filler characters like Ashura.
HeII, Naruto and Boruto's father/son kamehamerasengan is literally the exact same thing. Too bad CC2 ruined it.
And Itachi's whole personailty is about genjutsu, Tsukiyomi, and Amaterasu, but Indra magically having it doesn't make sense nor should it be an actual thing.
Very lazy, and disrespectful honestly. Two of the most iconic Naruto characters are depreciated.
Mdf re-invented the wheel
The crazy thing is, in Storm 1, a lot of the ultimates were a lot more detailed, but for whatever reason, they dialed back the details in later games.
Storm 2 was first game with online play. So Imma go ahead and assume they believed older ultimates would cause problem/be annoying/cause people to rage quit you name it. So they made snappier ones to keep game's pace relatively uninterrupted. Later based on player feedback and just more expeirence they found out that it's not a worthwile trade off and slowly ramped up the ults, in gen and storm 3. And I think the ramp up end result is better than storm 1 jutsus, cuz storm 1 had really disjointed pacing, considering they were their own separate cutscens with their own OST. New ones while being just as cool and detailed feel better integrated.
@@laskann i think you didn't catch the point, a lot of people including me don't want the storm 1 ultimates, we want the storm 3/4 ultimates but in old characters, a lof of us we thought that they were going to give new ultimates to old characters but instead they keep it the same, it's a shame and lazy that storm 2 characters ultimates seems so outdate and rushed compared to the newer generations games,i hope for storm 5 all the character have good ultimates not just the new ones.
As an old Naruto fan who isn't super familiar with Boruto characters... The Kara Team Ultimate was VERY cool, made me wanna catch up with Boruto

Sarada's ultimate reminds me of the old UNS1 type ults. It has that attention to detail and creativity (like the close-up of the shadows streaming over the Sharingan) that CC2 don't much bother with anymore.
Delta actually zooms off and makes a triangle with her laser line. That was cool
I think Ashura's jutsu was supposed to be a chakra bubble, basically a rasengan without the rotation holding it together, he just somehow forced the chakra to compress together and explode out when it hit his opponents. But the animation in this game was definitely rasengan animation so they totally just made it a retcon in-game. But yeah, Minato developed the rasengan. Look up the Minato one-shot, it's pretty cool and covers the story of him developing it

sasuke did the whole indras arrow before and weve seen around 10 different sasauno at this point
i think you missing the point here, that indra is using susanoo , amaterasu and lightning style is ok since they are Sharingan abilities or a normal chakra nature but Ashura using rasengan (created by minato) makes no sense, since he shouldn't use it if Minato was the first one. He said animation wise it's great it's just B tier because it's not creative.

Well it seems like you didn't know, ashura wind balls are not rasengan it's pretty much a wind swirl in a ball. Rasengan in the other hands is invented by minato based on how tailed beast bomb is created and its not using wind nature just swirl your chakra into one ball. This actually has been explained in ashura indra anime fillers and minato spinoff oneshot manga

Karma Boruto's Ultimate is a Combination of the Startup cutscene of Naruto's Tailed Beast 9 Rasenshurikens, Kid Naruto's Gen 1 Shadow Clone throw, Sasuke's Lion Barrage and Baryon Mode's Drill Rasengan.
NGL, Boruto ult should be A tier for detail, if you peeped, they paid homage to the Sasuke X Boruto relationship by having sneaking a lions barrage in the Ult..peep right as his clone threw him downward and you'll see the sasuke's combo
Even with that, I don't think it deserves an A, especially when you compare it with the other Boruto ultimates

I remember when they initially mentioned Indra and his MS looked totally different from Sasuke. I realize that it is technically filler and what not but the treatment to Asura and Indra was just lazy (not from a CC2 standpoint fyi).

I think I have a problem... it's been 2 days since the game came out but I still can't find a lobby in ranked or casual mode.
I play on xbox seires x but I did't set to only 60 fps.

There's nothing complicated about the Storm series at all, it only becomes "difficult" if you plan on playing online. With all the sweats with a decade of experience.
You'd be better off catching Storm 4 on sale, though.
