Hello, just to change the belt, you don't need to remove the clutch do you? I just need to change the belt on my 2009 prairie 360. I was told there is simple way to to it with the belt change tool that came in the prairie tool set. What's shimming the clutch? The video didn't show any of that work like the title stated. I'm confused..
Names Neal , I used the clutch puller to pull my clutch off , the puller broke off inside the clutch and crank. Not flush with the clutch but INSIDE. Any suggestions ?
Hi, I can get 360 clutch off but don't have tools to repair it (springs etc) Can I send clutch to you for repair ? It smokes and smells, and grinds when putting in gears.
@@MidNebraskaMotorsports honestly I didn’t see a part two until you just said and I opened the full title on this video. I will look through your posted vids to find it
@@MidNebraskaMotorsports great info. So I have unplugged the clutch break due to the fork being warn down and I don’t like that type of break and put a new belt on. Now when I switch in to drive it wants to creep forward? Do I need to shim the other clutch to give it a little more space and loose the tension in the belt?
Left hand threads loosen clockwise and right hand threads loosen anti-clockwise. there seems to be some confusion on the net about this so I posted to clarify it.
We just explained it on this one, as this Prairie didn't actually need shimmed, but I did want to explain. Thanks for watching. Let us know if you need anything. www.ebay.com/str/midnebraskamotorsports
When I service a CVT clutch I clean the area and clean the primary housing with parts cleaner just so it’s a nice and clean job
Excellent Video Thanks for taking the time and helping people out. I'm repairing a exact same one with same issue
Where can I find the special tool?

The belt he took off was cracked at the bottom, causing the slippage.
Instead of a puller I insert deep well sockets and use a large bolt to pull the clutch. I’ve done it many times. Just space it out right.
Why, just get a puller!! : )
How can I fix my belt a friend told me my belt is still possible good but needed to clean my pulley or take off..
Great video, i just subscribed . My light went on today ...light noise , squeeky noise ...very light , then goes away .
Thanks for watching and subscribing Edgardo. If you need parts or tools for the job check us out at www.midnebraskamotorsports.com/

I think you do ...
I put the clutch puller and tap it and It pop the belt loose I thought the was the pop but it still won’t come out any more advice on that 😣
I did pulled the clutch puller out and still don’t come out
Don't worry about getting the bolt back out with the lock tight, someone put that stuff on their tire valve caps had to cut the valve
WHAT?
Is there anyway to replace the belt without the clutch puller?
Great video.

Do you happen to have the dimensions of your clutch puller?
What size is that belt

Where's the shim ehh waste my time
Never shimmed it that’s why I was watching this. Waste of time.
If a moron tightens the engine clutch bolt too hard the puller may be damaged. The bolt needs to be torqued with a torque wrench
You didn't shim it
