Well, that was interesting and informative. You really do have to plan ahead for those trips. And I should also mention you have a soothing voice. 🙂🙂
Thanks!
Mike, I recommend you buy an inexpensive marine battery box to protect your battery from all the loose metal gear and accidental shorting of the positive terminal to the tongue box.
Yes, I have thought of this as well. However I already have a really nice AGM battery from my previous camper that I will be replacing the factory marine battery with. My plan is to use a healthy dose of electric tape to cover the terminals because the AGM is significantly bigger and adding another box would eat up some valuable real estate. I hope I don’t regret that decision, but right now I think it’s the less of two evils.
Funny to see the tool kit, I saw a YT from "Mortons on the Move" a few years back, their trailer got a couple porcupines up into the truck wiring while camped in British Columbia, ate the brake wiring. The owner was an electrical engineer by trade, had an extensive tool kit, including a heat gun, got fixed and moving.
Lol I actually saw that episode! Thanks for watching 😊
Tool,s a must have
Absolutely!
Thanks you are helping me make my decision to purchase this in next 12 months ❤I currently live in an apartment-love to go camping this style 😂
I was just thinking about buying a new Geo Pro camper, but yeah, nah…I’m not dealing with all of this crap. You just saved me A LOT of money! 😂
tinkering with it is part of the fun! (for me)
what size awning is that and do you know if it will work on thule cross bars, the flat ones
It's small, just 5 x 6.5. It can mount to anything if you're willing to drill some holes 😀
Hey Mike,
How does that 12,500 BTU Blackstone griddle work out for you with the 10,000 BTU output on the rear propane connection on the T@G? I was thinking about getting one myself but I wasn't sure if the griddle gets hot enough or if it's safe to use that way.
Thanks in advance.
It works just fine for my needs!
@@NowhereBoundAdventures - Thank you, Mike! I gambled that this was the answer I would get from you, and I picked it up yesterday on sale, and with a $10 off birthday coupon!
By the way, I love your channel! I had a major life-changing event last year, where my new passion in life is adventuring! By 2025, I hope to have all the gear and skills needed to start engaging in risk-taking adventures like yourself, and by myself!
I look forward to seeing more content from you!
Oh, and I even bought the same generator you have that I saw in your Rocky Mountain video! The irony! LOL
@@Stuff7164 Thank you so much!! Happy adventuring!
Alright who stole my meth?
