I know downtowns in general are bad. I'm actually planning to look around Whitby downtown Mason Dr & Dovedale Dr do you know that area? Do you know if this is safe area and are tentants pool bad in that area like Oshwa downtown? Anything you can share about that area would be apperiated.
Thanks for watching and commenting. The downtown of whitby is NOTHING like the downtown of Oshawa. I get nervous in certain areas of Oshawa at night...whitbt not so much. Tenant pool would be decent. Areas of focus really depend on budget.
Hey, thanks for watching and commenting. To be honest the cost of land plus developmental costs plus the cost to build, might make it more expensive then just buying resale. I'll have to check what the cost of an acre would be....I know an acre plus a nice house in the Ashburn area is around $2,000,000
Surprised you didn’t recommend Queens Common…..very mature desirable neighborhood close to everything. We used to live there ,thought it was a great location. Now live in Peterborough since retiring. Sorry but Whitby is just too overcrowded and the traffic is a headache. Peterborough is just right sized and getting to the countryside is a breeze.
Nothing confirmed yet. Its getting busy busy busy....looking at what can provide the best lifestyle for my family. We've looked at Orillia and Innisfil so far....

Hello Brad, about how much would an acre of land cost in Whitby if someone wanted to put a prefab house?

If you leave the Durham region, I'm done, I'm out. Don't play with us like that Brad.

@@BradGoetzthanks for all the content bro. Innisfil is so underrated, I want to retire there.
Hells Angels clubhouse would have ZERO to do with life in Whitby
Thanks for watching and commenting. I completely agree, there has never been any impact.
