This is the most ridiculous, bombastic thing my eyes have ever seen and I absolutely love it. It just wouldn’t make sense narratively. Him being King Gaiseric genuinely makes sense and the fact that when Guts saw a memory through the berserker armour of what we could probably assume was one of the reincarnation’s of Void (who very likely is the sage that Gaiseric had imprisoned and tortured) just kindve adds onto the fact. It would really just be cheap and unfortunate if that was the case and I cannot see it going that way.
Schnoz is shaping up to be among the most iconic slasher movie villains.

A couple of days ago, while watching your channel, I thought yo my self. “I wonder what Ryan does in his free time?” I guess I have my answer now
I feel like Zodd is Guts in the future. The reason I believe this is because not only do they resemble each other & hone the same level of sellsword skills. Also, the duality is Guts used to be Griffiths right-hand man when human. Now Griffith is a demon king & Zodd is his right-hand. Also, let me not forget to mention if that behelit that Guts possesses is for him indeed, then he can probably become an apostle like Zodd did.

@@fashionsuckman4652 Guts is not stronger than Zodd before obtaining the Berserker armor. An example to back this claim is the fight they share in the Graveyard of swords. Guts can barely stand blow for blow & mentions blocking his attacks are rattling his bones. Not to mention his standoff against Zodd’s apostle form didn’t go any better. Don’t get me wrong Guts is stronger than he was during his first encounter with Zodd, but not strong enough to defeat him. Now that he has Berserker armor he could most likely destroy Zodd. Also, how can he be more experienced than Zodd when Zodd has been dominating battlefields for a millennium?
@@shabur2862 He said that every stirke was rattling his bones, but Zodd actually had to stop fucking around and had to transform after Guts kicked a sword into his Gut. And after he transformed Guts was doing even better against Zodd, probably because he's likely more accostomed to fighting monsters than people at this point.

@@shabur2862 If Zodd is future Guts and an apostle he should be immeasurably stringer than Guts. As being older and being an apostle is both an increase to your strength. Take how strong regular people get when they turn into an apostle then apply that to Guts. An apostle form Guts could pick Zodd up and baseball pitch him into the stratosphere.
@@fashionsuckman4652 fair point. The first round did go to Guts, but when Zodd transformed Gut’s chance was narrowed. He was not ready to beat Zodd in that form. He needs the berserker armor to beat Zodd. Not even skull knight has been able to kill Zodd & they have been foes for a millennium.

What he is talking about? Who gives him this commission?
He’s referring to the fact that all apostles had the knowledge that a new godhand member would come about soon and that there’d be an eclipse. It’s similar to how Zodd knew by seeing the behelit.

It is mentioned all throughout that history repeats itself over and over, so how i see it is guts and skill knight are not the same person but mirrors of each other, or rather SK is guts predecessor, the struggler.

On a somewhat related note: How does Zodd know about the Berserker Armor? Gaiseric died in the armor ~1000 years ago and Zodd is an Apostle for ~300 years.
Either Zodd is older than we think, or the armor was worn by someone else in the past. I would like to hear some theories about that.

In a way Skull Knight IS Guts in the Present... much like Nosferatu Zodd and Wylde are also Guts. Thematically they all represent a different path that Guts could have gone down. Skull Knight is Guts if he pursued his quest for revenge and never realized there were more important things in life. Nosferatu Zodd is Guts if he pursued his dream to live by the sword to the extreme. Wylde is Guts if he were not stoic, and gave into his carnal desires.
As much as I enjoy this, nah man. Gaiseris and Zodd are old friends, like Guts and Griffith. Those few interactions and what they said to one another...so much history, Mr. Miura was giving us something epic.
