It seems I am getting better at opening the iPod Classic... well, just a bit :) Also, you guys asked some very good questions about the iFlash upgrade - it is worth answering them on the video as well. I am so amazed by the love you all showed in the comments on my 1st iPod video: the gift stories, how many still use their iPods in cars, the paradox of keeping broken iPods in drawers forever (most people will never fix them, but they cannot throw them away either!). Lots of fun, love and sometimes tragedy! I swear I read at least 95% of all the comments - I love them!
I am about to upgrade the battery on my Ipod 7th gen to the 3000 mah but not sure it will fit. Your video gives the impression that the Ipod you worked on is thicker and has more space in the back cover... Could you please confirm that the back cover is the standard one that comes with the Ipod 7th gen? I don't want to buy the battery and then throw it away. Also, will the battery fit if I kept the HDD and didn't install an SSD drive?
Emran Daas, I didn't do the 3000 mah upgrade - I just saw the video of a guy who did it, so, yeah, it is possible - but highly experimental. It seems to me he used the thicker cover.
Yep. I still have my 2007 ipod 5th gen 80gb classic upto this day. Very handy (i always carry it anywhere i go) and easy to install videos, photos and very clear aiff audios. I just change the battery once in a blue moon from a third party battery seller (amazon or ebay). I will never search anything to replace it. It's a gem and i love it.
Great video. I opened an iPod I bought on eBay, it was never used and the battery was useless soon after I got it. It took me around or less than ten minutes. I despair when I seen so many people use metal knives to open the iPod classic. I found the toothpick great and what I used to to keep the tabs open was yoghurt carton cut in to stripes and it worked a teach. No damage to the iPod. I was very proud to get it open first time. Big note to all make sure you buy the correct battery thickness I got one which is too thick. If your iPod is 11mm or .43 inch then you need a thin battery. Get on a open it safely with a yoghurt carton they taste great too.
Saw your original video 2-3 weeks ago, and went to look for it again today, as I was going to rewatch it before opening up not one, but TWO iPod Clasic 7th Gens... But then I see you have a brand new video!!! Even better!!! Using 2 thin metal tools, one an actual iSesamo tool and the other a similar tool from iFlash, along with a solid non-flexible metal spudger, I managed to open BOTH in about 3 minutes!! So... ProTip- Pop the top clip, leave the tool holding in the top clip spot, then move to the top righthand clip with the 2nd tool. Once they are both popped, put the metal spudger in the gap at the top of the iPod, and go after the next clips on the righthand side. BOOM!! I would not try to do it blind folded or anything, but with the right tools and a little patience, anybody should be able to open a 7th Gen iPod in just a few minutes. Thanks for your great videos, and for the SOLID advice on getting and using an iSesamo or similar metal "slim-jim". Two thumbs up!!!
Your comment made me SO HAPPY 😁 99.something% of everybody who will ever watch this video are doing so out of entertainment only - and I am totally fine with that - yet, it makes me smile to know there are people actually fixing their iPods and my video might be helping a little bit on the task. Thank you! 😊👍 PS: I am reaching the conclusion the bottom clips are the hardest... you might be on something: leave the bottom clips alone - if you release the top one and go down from the right, then left, the bottom clips could be left untouched.
It s a pleasure to see message like this where you speak how to use correctly the tool iSesamo! I made it 13 year ago to open my iPod Video 5 gen and still it s the top selling tool around world, despite un useful piece of metal from China. Thanks

I must thank you for your iPod Classic videos. I just finished replacing the dead hard drive in my 6th-generation Classic (which had been sitting in a drawer for years) with an SD card/iFlash adapter, and I’m thrilled to be able to use the iPod Classic again. Your videos were very helpful, especially your tips on opening the device.
Thank you for your tutorial and experience and recommendations- Earlier this year I was able to do the battery and the Tarkan iFlash card. Because of your recommendation- I used 2 iSesamo tools with some guitar picks and everything was just as you said. Although there are a lot of videos about how to do this- yours is the one that gave me the confidence to do it. Thank you!
Oh, wow! Thank you for the kind words 😊 I know that, for the great majority, watching this video is just entertainment, and that’s perfectly fine! But it is extra special when someone actually do the upgrade and find my videos helpful. Thanks!

With the Msata SSD and the 3000MA Batteries...... 2 of them are 500GB and the last one that is 1TB ...... And also a really GOOD NEWS ...... On my last update I REALLY got my SCORE on opening my 7th gen that has never been open ...... I REALLY couldn't BELIEVE IT ...... It took me Three minutes and 9 seconds ......... 3:09 to OPEN IT . And I only used 2 tools ...... The I SESAMO and another FLAT tool . I'm feeling REALLY LUCKY on this SCORE and all this THANKS to YOU . Thanks Everson for all your TIPS ...... Keep Up with PROFESSIONALISM on your VIDEOS ...... You DESERVE IT. \O/

Hey Everson .... I just wanted to say thanks for your video about the IFLASH upgrade . This is something I've been waiting for. I have 2 5th generation CLASSIC IPOD'S ..... One of them is a 60gb and a 80gb ..... They're still in EXCELLENT condition . And after all this Years the HARD DRIVE have not ever FAILED ME ..... Thank GOD !!! .... But I Got LUCKY ... So LUCKY with a 7th Generation 160gb for ONLY $25.00 ..... Which I just got Before yesterday In an AMAZING CONDITION an According to the place I got it from , they say that the WHEEL was not SCROLLING properly ..... And after an HOUR that I got It ... All I have to do was get a RAG with warm water and just clean the CANDY stick residue that was on top of the WHEEL .... And after that everything is in a PERFECT CONDITION . Which I'm HOPPING to turn it into a 512gb ......... Also just wanted to let you know that the DATE of this VIDEO is also my SON'S BIRTHDAY . Thanks Everson !!!!!!
I haven't read every comment but I am somewhat confused. I have a 5th gen iPod. It takes me 30 seconds max to open it up. Granted, I bought it used so it had been opened before but, still, it's really easy. Also, why are you glueing it back together? Stumped!
Hi there! You are totally right: the 5th generation has a plastic front - WAY easier to open. The 6th generation is all metal. I had to glue mine because I broke the clips the first time I tried to open it (I didn't simply buy a back plate replacement because the original one has an engraved message I want to keep). Watch my original video, much more entertaining: th-cam.com/video/4AF1Pjbwc6c/w-d-xo.html
Hey Everson ...!!!! It's me Kico again..... And just wanted to let You know that I just TURN my 60GB IPOD 5TH GENERATION into a 512GB using a IFLASH DUAL .... And it WORKS \O/ ....... NO GLITCHES AT ALL
This is great news! I am really glad you could do it without any problems! But it makes me even more happy to know that people like you, are not only watching videos on TH-cam, but are actually acting on it, doing stuff for real. Congrats 🎉🍾 🎈 enjoy your new iPod and Merry Christmas 🎄🎁😊
Thanks so much for sharing this ... ESPECIALLY the clip diagram. I open 2 ipods each in less than 5 minutes with NO damage. I used the open iSesamo mini and 3 guitar picks. Wow. Ipod worked right after install of new battery and iFlash quad. One thing to note I had to make 3 passes at restoring the ipod O/S and the battery took a while to charge. So the only thing I might suggest is PATIENCE! :)
To keep battery viable for a long time you need to use the battery less. It means: when you have the chance to use your phone plugged, use it plugged. Battery goes bad by the amount of cycles of charging/discharging. The more you use the phone “unplugged” (so, using its battery), the more cycles it goes though. If you do intensive tasks on your phone (editing videos, for example) that’s a task that, if you do it with the phone plugged on the power, you are saving cycles - compared to using the same task on the battery and later recharging it.
Hi there! Thank you! The “iPhone Charger VS iPad Charger” is the video I had most fun making: th-cam.com/video/vB9aX4buLL4/w-d-xo.html It is crazy how the videos we are most proud of, very often, are not the ones that get more popular - or make more money 🤷♂️
Awesome video Everson, I still need to replace the battery on my iPod Classic 5th Gen. just need to find someone who can assist me with that as I'm not capable of doing this myself.
Hey, thank you William! Totally: even when you are used to open and repair things, there is always a risk - even more when it is your first time at a particular device. Have you looked for some repair shops?
I have the 4th Gen photo with the original 60gb drive and honestly I don't really feel the need of flash storage and I also got it recently so there really isn't more than 13gb of music on it and when I run out of storage I will most likely get the 80gb 5.5 classic
Hey Mythical, whats up?! In this video, for the first time, I did the whole thing "on camera" (instead of my usual off-camera "voice-over" on an awesome microphone). The sound quality of the boom mic, mounted on the camera, is, well, "OK-ish", ha ha ha. I need to find a better solution :) Sound is always very important!
Hi Ewser 👋! I never tried Rockbox - I know about it, but I confess I really like iTunes (on the Mac). I find it polished and I use it to AirPlay music to our living room and bedroom, in sync 😁
Equalizador.
Totally. That's the plan! But babies get sick A LOT when they start going to school, ha ha ha. Eventually, I know we will establish a more predictable routine and everybody will be able to enjoy more videos :) Thank you for stepping by!
I don't understand the 128gb limit for generation 6th IPOD's . It had to do with the LBA adressing. I understand. But why 160gb harddrives are working? The Rockbox OS don't have this limit, so its a software limit? I like the IPOD software. Is there a hack to use the IPOD software with a 256gb ipod classic 6th ?
Hi 👋 I would love that someone patched the iPod Classic’s firmware to remove that limitation too. So far, Rockbox is the solution for bigger storage for that model... but it is a completely different OS/Interface.
hey Everson, I plan to replace the battery in my 160g classic (thin one) but am struggling to find the correct battery, could you tell me where you get yours from or if there is a identification number to make my search easier....thanks.
Hi there! Check in the iFixit website - they sell good batteries. I suppose this is the one for your iPod: www.ifixit.com/Store/iPod/iPod-Classic-Thin-Replacement-Battery/IF130-019?o=1
@@GeekDetour thanks for the quick reply, yes for my iPod. I had looked at this battery on iFixit website before but was confused as it had 80g on the image. I have now ordered one....lets see how I get on, thank you again.
Thanks Everson ...... My next PROJECT is going to be my 80GB 5TH GENERATION .... Using the IFLASH QUAD .... Hope for the BEST . I'll let you know when I'm DONE with this UPGRADE ....Thanks again Everson ... And MERRY CHRISTMAS to you and your LOVE ONES ..... \O/
I upgraded my thin iPod classic to an SD card with a new Battery and he is right, the device is much lighter and the battery lasts forever not having to spin the traditional HD. Best way to bring these back.
I doubt I'll miss the spinning hard drive. I've always been a bit uneasy about traveling around with a spinning hard drive. I think of them as fragile and prone to breakage. Same with spinning CD players... I'll take solid state any day as long as the audio fidelity is first rate. Sound quality is the most important thing in my humble opinion.
Hi Everson. I recently got a 6th gen classic and I wanted to upgrade it, so I stumbled upon your videos. I actually got one question. In the iFlash website there are opening tools that seem similar to the iSesamo (also cheaper). Would one of these be as good as the real deal or as bad as the 6 ones you used in this video?
Hi Eloy! I never bought the ones from iFlash... but it looks pretty much like the 5 blades I bought. I had to sharpen mine using a Dremel and even so, they were thicker and less flexible than the original iSesamo. The original iSesamo is overpriced... but it is indeed a better opener!
@@GeekDetour thanks for the answer! I went for an iSesamo and MiniSesamo combo I saw on Amazon. Also bought an iFlash Solo and a 128gb SD card. I hope everything goes well, I'm kind of nervous.
Good luck Eloy! I hope everything goes well in your project! At least you have more information than I got when I started mine 😆 Opening is tricky, be patient!
@@GeekDetour Hi again! Just wanted to let you know everything went fine. It's a bit hard to get used to the lack of weight, but my iPod is working like never before. The hardest part were the bottom locks. These things were put there by Satan himself.
Oh cool! You are from Madrid! I'm also from Spain and I wouldn't have said you are a non native speaker by your excellent pronunciation, lol. Also I know that park from the other iPod video was somehow familiar.
Saney, I bought it here in Spain - it is a mounting gel/paste (it looks like white silicone, but it is not) that hardens. But it you force it with a tip, it let go without leaving any residue. The final result looks like Sugru - but it comes on a tube and it is more liquid than Sugru.
Can anyone share any "good" battery replacement? Unfortunately I cannot import directly from the US for some bizarre reason 😐 (but I can order from China) I am looking to change my battery and the headphone too, but I don't know what would signal "superior" Quality and iFixit has no parts currently for the 160gb model
Hello i just bought a ipod classic 7th brand new for 35€ with cable dock plate and headphones wrapped and untouched. Because the battery is dead and lasts for 2 minutes maybe because it never charged for 12 years. I want to ask if is possible to open it and install a battery and a ssd without scratching it.
I am absolutely sure that someone who opened a few iPod Classics before might be able to open one without a scratch. I couldn’t: when I opened mine I made 2 accidental visible scratches at the side (beside all the things you watched in the video). Later, when I opened my wife’s iPod, I did it really well... but it could be just luck. If you are willing to do it “perfectly”, you need to practice on an iPod that you don’t care so much.
Hi there! I would start looking at the options here: www.iflash.xyz AND, very important, check the limitations of your model here: www.iflash.xyz/store/iflash-compatibility/ It seems your iPod would only be able to handle 20 thousand songs... As a comparison, my iTunes Library has 12k songs and it uses 62 GBs - so, I think a 128GB SD card would be very well aligned for your model... A bigger card would make sense only if you have all your songs at very, very high bitrate (320kbps) or lossless. Does it make sense?
Hello !!!! I’m in Madrid, I work in Alcalá Street in front of El ayuntamiento and I have a iPod classic 160 gb 7 gen (never opened)... please change the batt , please help me. ?
Oh man...
Yo no me atrevo a hacerlo me da mucho miedo.
The iPod Classic used a mechanical hard drive - you feel it spinning. When you remove the hard drive and use an iFlash board with an SD Card, nothing spins and the iPod becomes lighter. It is a different feeling on your hand. Technically, it is all better, safer, faster and more resistant to impacts. But I enjoyed the sensation of the spinning disk - it is a nostalgic feeling 🤣
Hello geek, i sucsess change my batter, after that icant charge my ipod classic gen 6th with wall charger, but i can use my laptop, any suggestions wich one i should buy charger adaptor for my ipod?
Hey, I have a 6th gen iPod Classic (the thin 80gb version) and I'm running out of space here. I've seen that the limit of this, is 128gb. Is this the SD card's capacity limit, and can I put a 160 GB thin HDD from a 7th gen iPod without any problems? Yeah maybe a stupid question but I really want to know 😃 (sorry for my bad english😃)
Hi! Depending on your exact model, there might be limitations - check the iFlash page: www.iflash.xyz/store/iflash-compatibility/ It seems you can overcome these limitations if you use Rockbox as the OS of your iPod - it changes the iPod's behaviour completely.
My iPod has 256GB - I am SO FAR AWAY from filling it up... At best I would put 512GB - but that’s the beauty of it: everyone can put the amount they need ❤️
Ha ha ha, oh my, I am really tempted to do that! But a big chungus (loved that!) case won’t have the engraved laser message my wife personalized ☺️ it is part of what makes this iPod dear to me ❤️ Maybe I should buy a second hand iPod just to make these Frankenstein experiences 🤣
Geek Detour yea i was about to write that but forgot. some big chungus battery actually works with the original case if u flash mod it (which u did) but idk if it requires the newer and thinner iflash quad.
Thanks Everson ...... I really Appreciate Your Video It was Very Informative ..... And Because of IT ..... Now I have Reason To a NEW PROJECT and continuing ENJOYING my IPODS ...... THANKS AGAIN ..... And keep the PROFESSIONALISM with your VIDEOS ..... \O/ .
About missing a spinning HDD feeling. Some Chinese CF to Zif adapters, that are used as cheap alternatives to iFlash board, have LED that blinks when adapter is transfering data. So if someone experienced with soldering could connect small weak vibromotor from a cellphone to that LED it would simulate spinning HDD when iPod accesses SD/CF card. Just a crazy idea 💡😵
"No other repair shop will take this please help me it's a very sentimental device to me" I've been got this way on many occasions with these classics and nanos. I am just outright refusing them next time.
Why does this have to be a fire drill speed test? If you’re in a rush to do it, you’re probably going to make mistakes, or run into mishaps. Or if you are like me, you simply hire a professional to do it right. They don’t take out a stopwatch to time it- they just do it right.
Hi James! I know, right?! I broke one of the clip strips in one of the sides when I was learning to open it for the first time (it was a few years ago, the tutorials in TH-cam at the time were terrible). I told all about it in my first video: th-cam.com/video/4AF1Pjbwc6c/w-d-xo.html
Well, besides pure nostalgia, there are a few advantages: the battery life is really great (if your battery is in good shape, or replaced) and you would be saving your phone's battery for more interactive things; if you travel a lot (plane, train or even ship) the iPod won't have connectivity issues since the songs are stored locally; streaming services are very good at the mainstream taste but if you enjoy peculiar repertoire like folk, world or classical you better carry your beloved library with you (ripped from those rare CDs you cannot find anymore). As time passes, these advantages will fade away for sure (connectivity will be 100% available everywhere, streaming services will expand their collections, etc). I am pretty sure I won't convince you to use an iPod - I just want you to consider we iPod lovers are not so weird as it may seem :)
Plus the at least 250 GB of memory that you can stuck in it not only will bring music to anywhere plus video (movies) giving you features that most of your modern phones CANT and WONT give you iPods were designed with music in mind Smart phones are/were designed with spying you in mind in one way or another! Still, you won't understand it with graphics and colors for sure!
Don’t know why so many post these how-to videos in fast motion. They are not at all helpful to someone trying to learn. Slow-motion or at least real-time would be more helpful.

Hey! That was a very, very good deal indeed! I hope you can do the upgrade without a glitch 🍀. Happy birthday to your son ❤️ 🎂 😄
I have used your video as a reference, for an iPod classic 7 and it works, thank you so much
I haven't read every comment but I am somewhat confused.
I´m just subscribed. I think your narrative and editing is simply great. Greetings from México
Thank you and welcome to the channel! Un abrazo desde Madrid 😁
I see a 4th gen iPod down there, you could use that with the iFlash converter and make a video about that one!
Hey, eagles’ eye, yeah! 😁 Absolutely, that’s the idea - just that now I am a bit short of money to buy the pieces... 😭
That’s great, Kevin! I am so happy for you! Enjoy your iPod! ❤️ 🎶
Hi, can you create video how to properly charge that large battery? How to keep it viable for a long time?
To keep battery viable for a long time you need to use the battery less. It means: when you have the chance to use your phone plugged, use it plugged. Battery goes bad by the amount of cycles of charging/discharging. The more you use the phone “unplugged” (so, using its battery), the more cycles it goes though. If you do intensive tasks on your phone (editing videos, for example) that’s a task that, if you do it with the phone plugged on the power, you are saving cycles - compared to using the same task on the battery and later recharging it.
This is my favorite video you made
Hi there! Thank you! The “iPhone Charger VS iPad Charger” is the video I had most fun making: th-cam.com/video/vB9aX4buLL4/w-d-xo.html It is crazy how the videos we are most proud of, very often, are not the ones that get more popular - or make more money 🤷♂️
*_You're the new mesias of the iPods_*
Ha ha ha 🤣
After a long time listening to your voice
Hey Mythical, whats up?! In this video, for the first time, I did the whole thing "on camera" (instead of my usual off-camera "voice-over" on an awesome microphone). The sound quality of the boom mic, mounted on the camera, is, well, "OK-ish", ha ha ha. I need to find a better solution :) Sound is always very important!
@@GeekDetour yup you know it all
Have you tried Rockbox? It's a great replacement for the original Apple firmware AND iTunes.
Hi Ewser 👋! I never tried Rockbox - I know about it, but I confess I really like iTunes (on the Mac). I find it polished and I use it to AirPlay music to our living room and bedroom, in sync 😁
Equalizador.
This IS without a doubt the best introduction video to battery replacement and Iflash.xyz card. Thank you. I appreciate you.
Thank you! Have you watched my first iPod video? th-cam.com/video/4AF1Pjbwc6c/w-d-xo.html
We want frequent upload please.Keep going...god bless you .
Totally. That's the plan! But babies get sick A LOT when they start going to school, ha ha ha. Eventually, I know we will establish a more predictable routine and everybody will be able to enjoy more videos :) Thank you for stepping by!
@@GeekDetour Thank you once again. :)
Did you use the battery that you originally wrongly bought for your iPod classic 6.2?
Yes, the larger battery I used on my wife’s iPod (thicker model).
They should bring the Classic back.
Was the original battery size 160 mah?
The black ground strip is moving after I tried opening iPod. Is this a bad thing?
I still tried to do it to no avail. I had attempted but stopped midway to prevent further damage.
Yeah... it is not easy. Have you watched my first video? th-cam.com/video/4AF1Pjbwc6c/w-d-xo.html
I upgraded my thin iPod classic to an SD card with a new Battery and he is right, the device is much lighter and the battery lasts forever not having to spin the traditional HD.
Best way to bring these back.
I actually miss the sensation of the spinning disk 🤣 Maybe I am too nostalgic 🤔
@@GeekDetour at first I couldn't realize what was different, but yes I had to adjust to that as well at first, but that extra battery life pays off.
I have been watching for awhile and I love your channel
Thank you so much Hunter Hansell! I appreciate!
i have one that is still like brand new ive hardly used it, i didn't know at the time i got it they were gonna be the last ones.
While taking mine apart, my headphone input jack broke off the board. it's tiny and needs to be soldered back on the board. can you repair it?
Hi Allan! Oh man... that is terrible! Sorry man, but I don’t do repairs professionally 😕
I watched several videos and bought a tool kit for the purpose. Opened my 30gb classic in less than 5 minutes.
Well, that’s awesome Michael! Which generation is your iPod?
@Geek Detour +Geek Detour Can I have a link for the ipod diagram at the start of the video please?
Hi Peter 👋 It is in the description of my other iPod video: th-cam.com/video/4AF1Pjbwc6c/w-d-xo.html
These things were put there by Satan himself.
does using a metal tool damage the ipod?
You can damage your iPod with any tool 🤣 The first time I tried to open my iPod I did lots of mistakes: th-cam.com/video/4AF1Pjbwc6c/w-d-xo.html
@@GeekDetour i meant, does using a metal tool cause scratchingon the metal body? normally when i work on gadgets i use plastic pry tools
Oh cool! You are from Madrid! I'm also from Spain and I wouldn't have said you are a non native speaker by your excellent pronunciation, lol.
Also I know that park from the other iPod video was somehow familiar.
Ha ha, yes; it is Parque del Retiro 😁
What kind of glue do you use?
Can I get a recomendation what to use to update my 5tg gen 30Gb ipod Classic to get some more storage and battery life? Thanks in advance.
Geek Detour thanks! So will do it and go for the 64GB sd upgrade! Thanks again!
I just can't get the tool inside it at all...i think it has to do with (what i suspect) is the the battery expanding putting pressure on it.
Super, vielen Dank. 👍😁
Hello !!!! I’m in Madrid, I work in Alcalá Street in front of El ayuntamiento and I have a iPod classic 160 gb 7 gen (never opened)... please change the batt , please help me. ?
Oh man...
Yo no me atrevo a hacerlo me da mucho miedo.
Where can I download and print that ipod diagram? Thanks

What do you mean you miss the feel of the disk spinning? What happens on upgrade?
The iPod Classic used a mechanical hard drive - you feel it spinning. When you remove the hard drive and use an iFlash board with an SD Card, nothing spins and the iPod becomes lighter. It is a different feeling on your hand. Technically, it is all better, safer, faster and more resistant to impacts. But I enjoyed the sensation of the spinning disk - it is a nostalgic feeling 🤣
Hi! Where I can obtain the clip diagram to print it?
Hi! It is in the description of my first iPod video:

Hello geek, i sucsess change my batter, after that icant charge my ipod classic gen 6th with wall charger, but i can use my laptop, any suggestions wich one i should buy charger adaptor for my ipod?
Any USB charger should work - if you have an iPhone or iPad charger, they work perfectly (you just need the 30pin cable)
You need to CAREFULLY check exactly which IPod model is yours, and look for the limitations here: www.iflash.xyz/store/iflash-compatibility/
Do you work on iPod I have one it's giving me the red light it's not turning on can you repair it

Hi! Depending on your exact model, there might be limitations - check the iFlash page: www.iflash.xyz/store/iflash-compatibility/ It seems you can overcome these limitations if you use Rockbox as the OS of your iPod - it changes the iPod's behaviour completely.
Great video, very helpful indeed. However this should be considered as a love story.
Wow, ha ha, thank you! 🥰
why would you only put 128 GB SD card ? Get a Tarkan quad microSD. My 160 GB classic is now 1.5TB
My iPod has 256GB - I am SO FAR AWAY from filling it up... At best I would put 512GB - but that’s the beauty of it: everyone can put the amount they need ❤️

try installing the big chungus battery in a big chungus case!
Hum... that’s something I should look into... Thank you for the info!!!!
Geek Detour www.iflash.xyz/3rd-party-extended-battery-guide/ that’s the link if you wanna look into big chungus battery.
Geek Detour i read the guide and saw that the 2000mAh and 1900mAh works with the thin back if you pair it with the iFlash Quad.

You need to make more videos dude. Seems that it suits you.
That’s the plan! 😄 thank you! I really appreciate!

why didn't you just get a new case back instead of using glue!
Hi! Because the original back has an engraved message from my wife ❤️ I wanted to keep it the way it was.
Why does this have to be a fire drill speed test? If you’re in a rush to do it, you’re probably going to make mistakes, or run into mishaps. Or if you are like me, you simply hire a professional to do it right. They don’t take out a stopwatch to time it- they just do it right.

It’s ALWAYS easier to open an iPod Classic the second time around because the gaps are bigger and the clips looser.
That’s absolutely right!
I don't understand what's the point of using an iPod now!
@@GeekDetour okay!
