I totally get you on the nausea! I turned 32 this year and if i dont get at least 6 hours of sleep, I feel soo nauseous the following day. On those days, I avoid coffee at all costs! I only drink coffee when I wake up feeling good and got sleep hehe

i needed this video!!! i just turned 30 two days ago!!! im kinda nervous cause I just feel like Im not where im suppose to be in life (societal pressures) buttt im also superrr excited for my 30s!! I def feel like more confident with myself just this year alone....i wear less makeup (totally ok with walking out bare face when I used to hate doing that) and even when i do wear makeup its more simple now. Style in clothing has changed and def feel the urge to try more hobbies!! xD

I've watched you for a long long time and I tell you you look the same as you were in your teens but I love that the lashes went away... I was obsessed with them too, but I'm actually 40 now and growing my natural hair for as long as I could manage.
I also have a sensitivity to caffeine! One coffee a day is fine but any more and I get nausea and stomach pain (29 over here so nearly in the 30 camp but I’ve had this for a while 😂)
I always told my daughter that she would change so much until she turned 30. Im just glad you have found ways to navigate whatt can be so hard in young adult life.

Look at nature animals etc just going about their business. That's what we need to do. Life is "simple" until humans start humaning 🤦🏾♀️
