Yay!! I love Nyreen so much. I know that Omega wasn't really popular with the fandom when it came out (it came be a bit long) but I reallyu like this DLC: it made me like Aria and it introduces Nyreen who's the best secondary NPC. I fell in love with her character within minutes. Oh and about Liara's gift. I'm not the biigest Liara fan but even I am touched by this great gift. And it's really cool that she changes her presenation of you depending on your origin, your class and your alignmnent. Anyways, great video, as usual. Kudos to both Tyler and you.

Ahhh Omega. I really like this DLC. Hella action and conflict between Aria and Nyreen. Aria may be callous, but I like her. I plan on going possibly all renegade next time for something. You definitely missed a chance to talk to Aria in the bunker the times you were there, but oh well. At least you got to know Nyreen. The first female turian in the game I'm pretty sure. I wonder if you'll find that couch for harrot lol. Solid episode. The end to this one is something. Looking forward to seeing you tackle it. From under the Normandy LED 🫡
So fun fact with the reactor at the end of this video: an engineer Shepard has a Paragon interrupt they can take to reroute the power instantly. It's the only way to keep both Aria and Nyreen happy in that situation. It's also very fun to immediately stop Petrovsky's monologue 😂
@basicwitgirl Engineers are so much fun! They are more power focused, but I like to do tech and biotic explosions in me3 so it suits me fine 😁 Honestly it's worth it to do a run of every class imo
Funny thing is if you were the Engineer class you would never have been prompted with a renegade button push, cuz you would have hacked that right off the bat. But honestly...how many of us rock the Engineer? 😁
I don't know why some people don't love this DLC. I totally love it. Since you are playing Dragon Age Origins in the near-ish future, remember the name Ruck.
Let me share an observation with you, I’ve made back in my original playthrough. The devs really dove deep into their symbolism with Arias journey. She goes from Queen of Omega, (Death/The End) a literal underworld (on the underside of an giant asteroid) and Ruler of (the) Afterlife, to a lonely soul caught in “Purgatory”. Where she sits beneath (Club) Elysium, where the “good people” of the Citadel are. She kind of redeems herself but chooses to not to ascend into the light but stay and rule over hell again.
Girl squad rules! Getting to know Aria better is great, such an awesome character. Always a blast watching you play! I am definitely here for the entertainment and joy you bring to the series I had an issue with the darkness in this DLC as well. I ended up turning my brightness waaay up!
There's an Asari girl you meet on Ilium in Mass Effect 2 that is being wooed by her on-again off-again Krogan boyfriend. You can try to convince her to take the Krogan back but she is concerned that he's interested in something more long-term and that bonding with a Krogan is a big commitment, UNLIKE bonding with a human where you just have to stick it out for a century until they die. And then she quickly apologizes to Shepard for her comment. Liara would probably be just fine after Shepard expires.
Let's go Commander !! I'm so glad you did Aria's mission today !! Aria has the reach, Nyreen has the flexibility. Don't worry, you'll get that Mail slot achievement. Remember Commander, your decisions effect everyone in the galaxy. I know you'll make the right choices.
Another girl squad episode! And i played this DLC as a renegade FemShep cuz that is the way my bae Aria would have wanted it - and i wasn't disappointed!
@ 26:36 Nyreen is epic and unforgetable 🙂... and the chemistry between Aria and Nyreen is unmistakable 😊 .. they should do an Omega-Prequel sometimes .. but in fact, Nyreen is also mentioned in ME Andromeda, the developers honored her 🍺
Why surprising? Omega is not even a pimple on a dog's arse in terms of the galaxy and Reaper power. I doubt the gangs would be either, but they could cause a lot of problems with the war effort by being disruptive. I think it's just because people liked Aria and wanted more, or they had a lot of ideas in ME2 they couldn't fit in - or one f the devs had an Aria fetish.
@basicwitgirl ok, Omega pt1. I am finding out that in ME 3, when Basique is focused on the mission, she is focused on the mission. I know Basic said she likes to keep us on our ties. The power is called flare. Asari are monogender, the whole "gay" thing is different when it comes to them. They can reproduce with any species or gender. Versus everyone else, who cannot reproduce with any other race except asari. I've always found that fascinating You have issues with brightness? Do you have an actual eye condition?

Omega is surprisingly one of the least consequential DLCs in the series, so likely good to get it out of the way early!
