This has been a really helpful video. I've just done the first week of no contact and it's incredibly difficult when I constantly want to reach out to see if we can work things out. I've been giving myself a really hard time over the mistakes I've made, which I'm sure it's normal. So listening to some reasoning has helped me focus on the obvious, rather than making decisions based on how I'm feeling
I'm in no contact also. I have been blocked by my ex partner, so I am already starting to move forward with my life without you. If or when she unblocks me, maybe only then, I may reconnect with her.

My girl says that all the time when I tell her she's wrong. Then I walk away. 5 minutes later, she texts me, "you hurt my feelings. Why did you walk away. Why did you hang up?" You told me to leave you alone. "But, but, I didn't mean it! 🙄😂
Definitely the #1 quote in the whole world that, while obey it I will, that can ruin some people’s day and sink into a deep dark depression that takes a long time to get out of. And I’ve had my share of being bombarded with that phrase for so long, even though I always had good intentions. It might as well be a puzzle on Wheel of Fortune. Wish I had $5,000 every time some told me to leave them alone
I have had plenty women tell me to leave them alone, they’ll never talk to me again, it’ll never happen etc. And they all still came back around. Literally talking to one that told me to never contact her again.
Absolutely 💯. It basically just pushes us further away. When we say no, we actually mean just that. Just as annoying as when the other person stares. It is actually creepy, even more so when they don't talk or just act weird. I had to scare a dude off before because when you know they're just staring....it gets awkward. No thanks.
I think it really boils down to that they have security issues (and you don't) they become paranoid, controlling, and just want praise at even putting a cup away! They expect you to support them emotionally....ugh. Don't, unless they're providing you the same and making the same kind of effort.

Going through the same thing bro. But I was reading something and it spoke about choosing Being Love rather than being "in love". I am not sure if the love that I was looking for exists. But I know that real love does exist. The one I keep finding is very a very fragile type of love that blows up in your face almost 100% of the time😂💔
My ex-wife and me never really talk directly since she filing for divorce! It lawyers talking to lawyers even after 12 years! Each time, the lawyers get around $500 just to relay it to other lawyer who gets $600 and then to her client my ex-wife!😂
😂😂 Mine just thinks love means spending every millisecond with them and them demanding and becoming lazy and just basically all the red flags you can get. It makes you think they have to be you to get anywhere! If I spoke It's like I have 0 clues yet when I don't, apparently I'm in a grump 😂. It's like you may as well have no emotions and become them! I absolutely get what you mean. Did she call you crazy because you got sick of her crap too?

That's what I did, then she blocked me on everything. Funny, because whenever I post stories on IG or FB her friends always view it.

I also like my space to think and not having to answer to anyone. Cook and clean how I want, dress how I want etc etc.
