Tony Nominee Tobin Ost Discusses the Set Design of "Newsies"

After designing the sets for 13 Broadway shows, Tobin Ost has received his first Tony nomination for the hit musical Newsies. Ost talked to Broadway.com about creating the complex set and how the printing press inspired the look of the show.

If Tobin Ost ever reads this, I hope he realizes that it's an AMAZING set! I know when I went to see the show during previews, when "Once and for All" was playing and the whole set started moving up, I let out a "wow", just because of how powerful everything looked at that moment...
