I just bought one.for $23 on ebay. Gonna slap it in my retro rig. 2500k@4.3 16gb 2133, 40gb ssd for XP, 60gb for win 7. 1000w psu because i had it laying around. This was the only GTX 2 series gpu I basically could find that had display port. Need it to support 3840x1080 60hz or at least 2560x1080 on my 49 inch 32:9. From what I have seen, its basically a GTX 260 with 1.5gb vram.
Just took this card to home with a T5500 Dell Precision Workstation, since it would have ended as scrap otherwise. I'm actually very surprised what it can do, can't wait until I restore the whole system and give it a go. 😀
I being offer Quadro FX3800 1GB DDR3 256 Bit and Quadro Q600 1GB DDR3 128 Bit also Quadro Q2000 1GB DDR5 128 Bit which is more capable and supportive todays gaming and which do you reckon from your professional view sir ?? Thanks
@@Sam-maxi it is supposed to run, but it’s a gtx 295 with 4gb ddr3, you can’t spect so much because of two things: 1- it’s an old card with unsupported Direct technology in most games 2- has a ddr3 memory. For experiments it’s okay, runs gta and fortnite (until now) but a gt 1030 will perform fairly better.

At the height of the GPU scramble I sold a quadro card for £250! I can't remember the model but was 4GB
Have seen a few 4GB versions on Ebay but a little over our budget for messing around with. Will keep our eyes open for something for fun though.

Does this card work on G41 board with CORE 2 QUAD Q6600 processor, 8GB RAM and 200W power supply?
Forget about the psu. 200W is not enough to run Q2Q and Quadro FX 4800. All you can get is psu dead and maybe PC components dead.
