I actually have a video completely breaking down the i1500: th-cam.com/video/L7sb_oQTgE8/w-d-xo.html Video quality is rough and I never figured out why, but I'd have had to redo the whole thing from scratch to fix it :/....but I do cover wire size and configuration in there. I tried to pull the caps off the Heli but when it got to that point it was a little too hard to open it up...I didn't want to risk damaging the turbine for the information.
I'm using a piece of 1.5" (I think) sch40 black pipe...it is too big so I slotted it and used exhaust clamps to hold it down. It's not great and it works loose after about two months. I'm about to have to bring it back down and figure out a solution that's a little more "grown up". I believe the stub is 40mm.
@@ToysforWatts thats what i was about to do.. i think i fitted 2 1/4 galv pipe.. i was going to slot it and do the same.. did you do a couple slots on the top of the pipe. Or a single slot down the side? I was thinking single..🤔 also maybe one slot down the side fill that very small gap with a weld then drill the 2 holes ..
Get a good realtor, be real clear about what you need and want, and be prepared for a lot of work. I'm not a super tidy person and as a result I really REALLY struggle with upkeep on my little plot. I'm lucky my wife enjoys mowing and that I live in a place that doesn't rain regularly enough to allow it all to overgrow rapidly.
Beautiful
At 12v and at 24v you can set turbines to freewheel first and then switch to a loaded state, pretty easily, ya know.
Big difference! Very interesting, have you ever seen the wire size in each turbine? I'm very interested. Thanks for sharing!
