Could you cover some of the older comics like the one where a battle droid executes order 99 and the one with clone trooper Glitch tries to use the force and has a lightsaber duel with Pre Viszla?
I don't think that's Vader's castle but instead the abandoned CIS droid factory on Mustafar and I think the droids are helping vader. Given the fact that vader has a B2 battle droids arm, a B1's leg and what looks like a BX commando droid leg. Vader is forbidden from using the force in this test as it was stated so he isn't using the force but instead his technical prowess. Though how Vader crawled his most likely 300 lb body to said factory is beyond me. He most likely reactivated the factory in order to repair himself and get ready for Ochi's assault against him. Though what Palpatine's secret is is beyond me. Maybe later discovers the holocron that has the map to Exegol and he knows that his master has a fallback incase he and the empire falls.
My guess is this takes place directly after Vader was left to burn again. He managed to survive and made his way to an old droid factory to repair himself. The assassin activated the droids as a distraction, so he could get a clean strike.
1:55 -- THE ROY GAURDS WERE NOT MANHANDLING VADER! Vader was being electrocute, his lightsaber taken and the the Royal Gaurd started stabbing him with ELECTRIC pikes. And he beat them within a few seconds anyway

This is not Darth Vader's castle. This was the nearby droid factory near the spot where Darth Sidious left Vader to rebuild himself in the last issue.

Damn that sucks for him. Its really hard to get the decor just right. Im sure it took him forever to get his personal dungeon perfected.

Marvel covers have some sorts of deception, including Star Wars series. We cannot deduce much information from that.
Imagine if Vader can use rapidfire with the wrist blaster of a Super Battle Droid attach to him, he can just go full rambo with it.
