Nice job. A couple of suggestions..Pick up some broaches..reemers to clean the orifices..hold up the orifice to the light to check it. Brush the burners while they’re out .
Just a suggestion, the Klein magnetic 1/4 and 5/16 long nut drivers are excellent for hvac/electrical work. Bought the 2 pack a few weeks ago and worth every penny

This was a ton of help. I also had a hard time unscrewing my old thermocouple. Appreciate it.
Your lucky you got that out so easy. Thermocouples with brass mounts will never do that.
I see I'm not the only one that goes through some of those issues
Keep work interesting. Think it’s just an easy maintenance, then wrestling with a pilot assembly on a dirty basement floor

Pain in the neck trying to remove them melting thermocouple!
thats what mines doing on my furnace. the pilots basically a flame thrower but everything else seems normal.
Watch out for that mouse trap!
