the procedure is like cooking mechado, but the ingrediends in mechado, meron sya pototoes &carrots while in asado brown sugar is added.Same din ang paraan ng pag marinating,kalamansi juice ,soysauce,seasoning tpos pareho din n nilalagyan ng bay leaf..i will try this weekend...
