    We should all be able to do a full background check on companies before they hire us, including their financials and direction they are going in. They can check all of us but then still hire people just to downsize or lay off months later. It's backwards.

    • @BillClinton228
      @BillClinton228 ปีที่แล้ว

      😂 if we could see a companys turnover rate or their financials the hiring advantage will be taken away from companies and thats not something they want. The perception will always be that companies pay the money so their opinion of us matters more.
      But the truth is that if there are no employees there is no company. You matter just as much as the people who pay you the salary.

    • @josephrostkowski8631
      @josephrostkowski8631 ปีที่แล้ว

      Already exists, IT IS CALLED TURN OVER RATE ! companies that are not privatized are by law to give you this percentage, and always ask during interviews! When you apply for a new job always interview them , they are the one looking for help! You just apply to an opportunity they so called posted!

    If you ride the ship down, you ride your soul down. It is more valuable to leave a toxic environment and find another job and then work on your side business. You need to keep positive momentum in your life as a priority.

    Yeah don't do what I did. I stayed in a job I was miserable in for so long that I reach my mental Breaking Point and I put in my notice before having another job lined up. I literally couldn't take it anymore. I waited way too long. I've been living on my savings, and it's coming down to the wire where I have only two more months to find a job. Things are starting to look up, as though I will find something soon, but still this is too close for comfort.

    I really think it is nearly impossible for most people to sit down and “think about” what they want to do. A lot of “passions” don’t pay anything. I think it is more helpful to try a lot of different things until you fine tune what you do and do not like. New opportunities will arise from interacting with new people and having different experiences. Sitting in an office cubicle and “coming up” with your dream job is unlikely. If it was, more people would be doing their dream job. Also, there is a good chance the job you “thought” would be great turns out to be a terrible fit...because you had never done it...you just “thought” it would be a fun job.

    I was in a similar situation but fortunately, I have a cousin that recognized I was very unhappy in my work and pushed for me to apply to a better job, and I did and I took the leap of faith the day after I applied and quit the toxic job, and it worked out got invited to interview for it, then I got the job offer, I start June 3rd. Also, I don't think I would have gotten the job without the connections I have and developed with certain people in the area I will be working and also knowing a lot of different people in the same job role I will be working across the state of Kansas, the proximity principle works.

    this is really good advice everyone should listen to. Don't quit your job if your not passionate about it, but are good enough at doing it, and if it's not toxic. Instead work on getting your passion ready so that eventually you can quit a job your not passionate about but can still do ok.

I have bipolar II and that doesn't help matters either. I have owned my own business for 27 years but I have not worked on growing it since 2000. I love what I do, what I do at this job is what I will do in my own business. I do have a deal that I can work until at least April 30th, outside of this job, but at home. It is as an employee of another company. Then I also have the opportunity to do premium audits as a 1099 contractor from home. My business is accounting/taxes. Please advise.

    be realistic ? and what exactly is "reality" ? It's a limited perception of the masses telling you how to live your life, when in fact you're the one creating the reality for yourself. So why you should listen to someone else's version of reality and live that when you can make your own? I would not listen to this guy's advice. if you truly want to help yourself and follow your heart and truly know yourself, I highly recommend reading books on how the mind works.. I strongly suggest Neville Goddard's & Dr.Joseph Murphy's teaching. they are phenomenal ! Hope this comment won't get deleted (:

    The gospel means “good news”. The gospel is the proclamation of who Jesus is and what He did for His elect only. The entire Bible (Old testament and New Testament) foreshadows and proclaims who Jesus is and what He did for His elect only (John 5:39, Luke 24:44).
    Jesus is the Son of God (John 3:16), fully God and fully man (John 1:1 & 1:14) and second person in the Trinity (Matthew 3:16-17).
    The gospel is God’s testimony concerning Jesus as revealed in the Holy Scriptures by the Holy Spirit which proclaims how Jesus the Christ (John 1:41, Matthew 16:16) was born of a virgin (Matthew 1:23) and born under the law to redeem His elect who were under the law and save His elect from their sins (Matthew 1:21, Galatians 4:4).
    God’s elect /sheep are the people past, present and future from every tribe, tongue and nation God actively chose to redeem/ justify/save based on Christ. God chose in Christ before the foundation of the world was laid according to the good pleasure of His will for His glory (Revelations 5:9, Ephesians 1:4-5). God actively created and chose a people from every tribe, tongue and nation before they were born for salvation whom God has always loved because of Christ and only Christ (Romans 8). God’s elect are vessels of mercy prepared beforehand for glory to make known the riches of His glory (Romans 9). God’s elect/sheep are God’s chosen vessels of mercy that are Jews and Gentiles because of Christ. (John 10, Romans 9:23-26, Hosea 2:23)
    God is Holy (Isaiah 6:3). God’s law is holy and good (Romans 7:12). The law of God demands perfection in word, thought, and deed at all times (James 2:10). The law was given through Moses (John 1:17). The law condemned all mankind and brought knowledge of sin (Romans 3:19-20). All people are under sin and none are righteous (Romans 3:9-18). Sin entered the world through Adam and death through sin and death spread to all mankind because all sinned. (Romans 5:12-13).
    Jesus Christ is the Passover lamb without blemish (1 Peter 1:19) for His elect by God’s sovereign grace (1 Corinthians 5:7). Just as the Israelites were released from Egypt after the death of the firstborn (Exodus 11-13) - Jesus Christ the firstborn of all creation (Colossians 1:15) justified all His elect at the cross from the wrath of God(Romans 5:9-11). Jesus willingly went to the cross (Philippians 2:8) and offered one sacrifice for all time for His elect He sanctified (Hebrews 10:11-14) as their representative and High priest. Jesus was crucified for the elect’s sin and raised for their justification (Romans 4:25). It pleased God the Father to crush His only begotten Son( Isaiah 53:10) and God the Father accepted Jesus’ perfect sacrifice on behalf of His sheep( Acts 2:23) . Jesus paid His elect’s sin debt and there is now no condemnation for those who are married to Christ (Romans 7-8).
    By Christ’s knowledge He justified all His elect (Isaiah 53:11) and finished His mission (John 19:30). All of God’s sheep will believe God’s testimony concerning Christ because Jesus justified them by His perfect sacrifice on the cross. Not one sheep Jesus died for will perish. Jesus is the good shepherd. Faith(believing God’s testimony concerning Jesus) is the fruit of what Jesus accomplished for His sheep. God’s sheep are righteous before God by the imputed righteousness of Christ provided at the cross as prophesied in Psalm 32 and fulfilled in John 19. All Jesus died for are regenerated at God’s appointed time to believe God’s testimony concerning Christ on who Christ is and what He did at the cross( Acts 13:48).
