I am 60 and people have been calling me old since I was 48! Now they call me really old. I have some gray and some say that I look like I am only 40. You are only as old as you feel! I don’t feel old. Keep living and do not let folks influence you into believing you are old & decrepit!!

⁠​⁠​⁠​⁠@@loveforeignaccents Hensley was born on February 1st, 1938. The Jefferson’s started on January 18th, 1975 so he was accurate in saying that Hemsley was 36 when the Jefferson’s first started. You are inaccurate in saying that season 8 was when he turned 51, when in reality, Hemsley was only 43(Season 8 started on October 4th, 1981). Hemsley doesn’t ACTUALLY turn 51 in real life until February 1st, 1989.
