I love that you go in detail and provide specifics and direction. instead of being general and saying "save,save,save" you're actually providing info on how to make a financial plan and have a more accurate estimate on how much money is needed to move which is so important. Very good video. Done quite a bit of preparation. Fortunate myself to have visited LV about 6x from work trips and when I finally decided to make the commitment I spent a week and half just living in LV to get the feel (Starwood).
For anyone who has had military service like me being retired US Army. There is a major USAF base northeast of town Nellis AFB. Access to commissary, PX, MWR, gym facilities and much more. Anyway just saying!!!

I have a couple air force friends who live off in Summerlin and Henderson. Seems like Vegas is also a great place to be stationed!
