I work as a regional operations manager for a 100 million dollar vending machine company. My biggest advice is organization is key for scaling. Develop a system.
The problem is people expect only one source of income to get them “rich quick”. Please always encourage having MULTIPLE streams of income. Again, no one gets rich overnight (unless they’re born/married into it). But it won’t take decades to get to that point either.
This is the same statement I have told others. I have realized this with my experience in making a lot of money it takes a teamwork of multiple incomes. You are more likely to make a lot more money if you combine multiple incomes.
Honestly don’t start unless you have the money to throw away, it’s a hassle getting locations plus finding good machines at a reasonable price. Think of it as a hobby not a business unless you blow up like him.
I agree with yours opinion, i have 7 unit Vending very hard to start this business, but i like because this business its easy operat, and same time we have jackpot lot of money from this machine... Thanks bro for your content.
Do you have to have a license to start because I’m wanting to start and buy my first vending machine but don’t you have to put some of the money to the owner where your machine is because of electricity ?
I agree with you, it takes a long time to build this business. This type of business deals with a lot of planning and a lot of let downs. You just got to stay on your toes and keep planning ahead. The key is to have a solid plan and routine for building up this business for 3-7 years and stick with it. I currently have 10 grand in my savings but I want to have 20 grand. I also want to apply for a matching business startup grant. So I can start with 40 grand, 10 machines, 5 locations, hopefully. I would take it easy the first three years, then I would launch phase two to grow even bigger. Oh yeah, it’s also best to set an allowance for yourself. Just pay for your expenses but do not have fun with your money yet. Put that money back into the business to make it even bigger. At least until you have reached a goal.
@@giantsfan8872It all comes down to the locations and how good they do. Also if it’s not a good location you have to pack up and leave to the next location. It also depends on your planning and how well organized you are. You have to stay on top of it and pay attention to your sales and your planned goals. It’s not going to make you rich overnight but it has the potential to bring in some good income if you do it right.
Why do you need 10 or even 40 grand to start vending machines, it costs around 30-70 depending on the machine you want to lease per week… stock of items is cheap when buying bottles of water or snacks in bulk, all you have to do is restock the machines weekly or every few days. I think you’re not looking at things from the right angle and you will end up spending a lot of money on nothing. Doing business is not how everyone says it is, the problem is that everybody starts things differently, some people will by outright and spend a whole bunch of capital but not realise there is ways to not use your money upfront.
