Please don't forget you will be helping people all over the country. This means different states may have different rules about things. You may want to consider hiring additional staff to do legal research if that side of the business takes off.

Agreed, it looks smaller on camera too. A vinyl slat curtain over your door would help maintain your AC. You could turn your secret room into a walk-in freezer if needed. I don't know how convenient it would be as an office, but you have a nice loft over the existing offices for additional space.

You should set up the vending machine in the gym/fitness, make you bought it many kind of energy drinks…. At least LA fitnessgold gym or local gym in the Dallas. I do remember one in the Facebook market, somebody else selling a vending machine route in the gym for 5000 dollars. But not in Texas, it’s in Los Angeles, California. Keep it going work hard.

Look up the easycut 2000n for those boxes. Theres a wheel to adjust how many walls of box there is to cut through so you don’t cut into the product. It also retracts when you let go of the handle. We used them at walmart for stocking

On your door situation actually you can build or have built a second room that would be big enough for your incoming and out going order at one time and non cooled then have another roll up door to rear so when you close the outer door you can open the inner door to the loading bay! would be that hard for a construction company to do really i would just be building a room on that side of the warehouse for a loading bay to conserve the electric cost! After looking at it more on the video you just almost wall that side off put double door's in for the loading bay and store the vending drinks on that side or just have it to surround just the door area as long as your orders will fit in the mini room cause honestly for the wall of you would probably need a mini split installed just to keep that side at 80 degree's years round or try 70 but probably would need 2 mini splits then one front one in back or just add another ac or the simplest would be to leave the double doors open but probably would be better on the electric cost to add a mini split to it anyways just to help cause cooling thru doors is not as easy!
