These students are attached to low skill job either than studying there on field. This low skill jobs are historically given to local students and teenagers to help up with their study .
Please don't use government rules loopholes to your side.

Problem with these students is that they are not working in the field in which they have completed degree, instead they are working at tims and macs. In order for them to extend work permit, they need to be working in the area of their degree or education. This situation makes them ineligible for permit extension. They are taking away jobs of Canadians in service sector, and there is no need of new people like these one in the service sector.

You're right! The lives of Canadians have downgraded so low that they are desperate for those menial jobs which immigrants from third-world countries occupy

If you think following the immigration rules in Canada is depressing try the UK 😂😂😂
UK is on a whole different level of bull 💩 with their immigration rules changing like their weather.

Thing is nowhere does it mention that you WILL get PR. Its always a CHANCE to get a PR. i believe PEI only reduced their intake by 25% so majority of immigration still exists.

The fact is, they want French speakers now.. students should use their 2 years or more, to learn French..

Students rightfully protesting? Asydarlyn students do not have any rights to protest. CDN government can change rules and regulations as they wish.
If the students don't like it, just pack up and leave. This is not their country.

As simple as ABC. What sort of entitlement mentality is this? You go to a country and then think it’s your right to remain there? Canada will killing themselves with this nonsense.. I hope Justin Trudeau and the liberals wont destroy and nail their country.. Many people who come to school in Canada ARE NOT THERE TO STUDY actually.

The government already knows all these students are going g to PEI to get a PR. It will not work. A student visa means you study and go back home. Our Canadian children need these jobs. What about our children's future?

Unfortunately, we are now in the election period in UK, Canada and Australia. There are no votes for being pro-international students. The brutal reality is whatever emotions people have, the UK, Canada & Australia let in too many people in a short period of time. It’s not sustainable and if you’re not prepared to go into healthcare or construction it’s going to be harder. The best course of action is to get skilled in healthcare or construction and then once you’re in Canada on PR you can switch to whatever career you want. Go into this with a 5-10 year plan.

Thats the issue, they arent importing doctors or scientists or people who can actually build houses. Which country wants an endless supply of service workers ? They cant open 1 million tim hortons to employ these people.
