I dig ladders! I usually increase pull ups by 1, push ups by 2 and squats by 3 each rung. Then maybe a pyramid drop set working my way back down. Epic stimulus to fatigue ratio to get in some extra volume 💪🏼
The pushups and mountain climbers work the triceps. Good point on biceps. Turn your hands around so your fingers point backwards while doing the pushups. I’ll make a video explaining this🤙
