Bundelkhand Expressway is an 296 km long, 4-lane wide (expandable to 6) access-controlled expressway in the state of Uttar Pradesh, India. It connects Gonda village / Bharat Kup village on NH-35 in Chitrakoot district with Kudrail village on Agra-Lucknow Expressway in Etawah district.
The project was launched in April 2017 by the Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh, Yogi Adityanath and Foundation Stone Laid by PM Narendra Modi on 29th February 2020 in Chitrakoot. It is developed by the Uttar Pradesh Expressways Industrial Development Authority (UPEIDA) with a total project value of ₹14,716 Crores, including the land acquisition cost. Finally, Bundelkhand Expressway is inagurated by PM Narendra Modi on 16th July 2022.

Frankly, these highways and expressways are fantastic infrastructure developments in India. But, from the video I don't see any rest areas along these massively long highways and expressways. Why is it so❓❓❓
Rest areas can have fuel stations, emergency rescue centres, eateries and restaurants, hotels and toilets facilities. It generates huge business opportunities and creates thousands of jobs for people living along these roads. What a massive loss for job creation and business opportunities.
4 Wayside Amenities are under construction along with 4 Fuel Stations. Already mentioned in this video
Do you think this expressway will be at 50% capacity in a day.. No business will open an eatery if there are no customers.

@@RKumar-tc7qn My response was for the OP who has questioned the massive investment in expressways without rest services. I know what Atal ji did during his 6 years of rule but the ungrateful people of this country didn't even vote for him. I exactly remember that people would say what if there are good roads but I have to pay 25 rupees toll to save 2 hours. Back then time was free but money wasn't. Sad affairs
