HOWEVER, whenever I’m doing the double-slip, the card on top of the bottom-card gimmick sticks to it, instead of it sticking to the topmost card. How to avoind this? In other words, how to keep the gimmick from sticking to anythign but the top card?
There were leading questions when it was done. If I ask you to pick high or low cards, and you say low, I will then say okay we will take away the low cards. Then with the high cards, what do you want. What isn't seen in Wind's performance is what's in the box that was taken away, and it should only have 12 decks, I'd guess j, q, k of each suite stacked in the box, and he simply removed the one that was needed. Then when revealing everything, the box was already taken away so you couldn't see what was in it, and replaced by the clear box.
I don't think it even has 12 decks. Probably 3 one for each card (Jack, Queen, King) and whatever suit the audience member chooses he takes along with the blank cards. He leaves the other 3 suits in the deck packet. You can see it when he pulls the cards from the packet that he short of pushes some to stay in it. But that is just my take on it.

You need to alter your title as it is an insult to Asi, Penn & Teller. You are only hurting yourself because when Asi or P&T get notified of this, you will be "disliked" by the tens of thousands. Penn does not take kindly to things like this. I know first hand as a buddy of mine got his ass handed to him big time. He was told if he would have been complimentary of them and the trick in question, they would have mentioned his channel as one all their followers should follow. So, the wooden box didnt actually have a magnetic bottom. He just grabbed the King of Clubs deck and they took the box with the other 11 decks away?
