Finally someone rumored to be traded to the dolphins actually gets traded to the dolphins
you mean like how people thought we were going to get brady
@@idawg7332 Brady, Dalvin Cook, heck a few people even thought Lamar earlier this year. I know Im forgetting some
@@idawg7332Brady is coming in for their playoff run, those are the only stats he cares about anymore
He was rumored to go to the Raiders.
I always have to check the title on any chat sports video about Miami because they will literally "report" on a rumor that is sign or trade...but they saw it on FB by some guy from Omaha. They were getting Cook, Jacobs, Henry, Chubb, Barkley, and Taylor this offseason.
Bears: Now does anyone have a running back they want to give rid of...
Several teams: *Hands go up*
Bears:...that isn't injury prone.
same teams: *hands go down*
I'd still be happy if they somehow steal Jonathan Taylor lol
We got donta foreman
You want dalvin cook? 👀
@@acandela1294 I'd assume you're a Jets fan, so as a Vikings fan, lemme educate you. He is injury prone, but when he isn't injured. He's easily worth a 2nd or even 1st round pick.
Does anyone know why D'onte Foreman was inactive? Dude is a beast and for him to not be activated is a little worrying, especially if it wasn't for injury reasons. Herbert, Roschon, and Foreman is probably the best 1-2-3 punch at the RB position in the NFL.
Tom, you were right and I was wrong about Claypool. I was blinded by desperation last season and thought not getting Claypool was a mistake. Clearly we dodged a bullet not getting this clown
He’s better than any Green Bay receiver right now his qb has just always sucked at throwing the ball
@@ponagesports5447Nobody would take Claypool over Christian Watson. Lmao
@@ponagesports5447 Are we still on this dumb shit about Justin Fields can't throw? I thought you people all went away? Dude can throw 300+ yards, have 4 TDs a game, and you will still be like "But but but but HE'S A RUNNING BACK!" Lmfao gtfo of here with that.
@@crandonborth both have done nothing this season and Christian Watson only had a couple good games
Lmfao I'm too high for this 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
It's the broken "does anybody want this??" that absolutely killed me 😂😂
the bears are not the sharpest crayons in the box
We still smoking that commanders pack
Packers tried to do the same thing… soooo

As a Panthers fan, this depresses me greatly.

“Honestly, not the worst trade I’ve done”
Mitch Trubisky: Hi!
Wait the bears just got even more screwed over. They were supposed to receive 2 dollars but ended up giving 2 dollars and getting 1 back!!!
It's clay pool tho.....
Good thing to know I wasn't just imagining that
Yes and no. Miami is responsible for the rest of his contract. If they would've waited until he was cut they might have got him cheaper and the Bears would've still had his salary on their books.
Right, it was backwards. And I don’t think it was a joke, as I would have expected another comment and it doesn’t fit what actually happened. It’s just confusing because the Bears still could have held up a dollar to represent the draft pick at the end so I think this was just an oversight on Tom’s part.
@@samuelhowie4543 2.9 mil? We ate almost triple that when we took Aquib Talib off the Rams' hands. Ross has that in the ashtray of his limo.
"Honestly it's not even the worst trade I've done."
Rick Mirer has just entered the chat.
Mitch Trubisky has just entered the chat.
@@minkeymouce Mitch made it to the playoffs 2 out of 3 years and actually can play some good football when the offense is schemed to fit his playstyle. I think he's starting this weekend because Pickett is injured, too. Mitch about to light it up 😂😂
@@MFBloosh we didn’t need to trade up to get trubisky. He still would’ve been there at #3. That was the first problem. The other problem was that we took trubisky over mahomes (I’m ok with trubisky over dapredator)
Who knew that the keys to unlocking Chicago’s offense were by deactivating Claypool and facing Vance Joseph?
But seriously, imagine trading a second round pick for Claypool.
The upside was there 🤷🏾♂️ If Claypool would stay focused on football, he’d be miles ahead of where he is now
Dude is an absolute athletic freak. Shame he couldn't put it together
@@mr.mccrazy9893
The Packers did.
@@LTNetjak The Dolphins forfeited their first round pick due to Stephen Ross being a fucking idiot.
@@LTNetjak You mean because the NFL stripped Miami of their 1st round pick because of idiotic tampering by the owner.
Always a good day when we get a new tom grossi video
So every day? Dude pumps out content so fast, I hope he's getting sleep.
@@midwestmountainman I think he’s getting plenty more sleep compare to his TH-cam + Teacher double life days :)
I've watched Chase play football since he was a child, as my stepson played with him for years and my husband was their coach for a few years.
He's an incredible athlete and was always a very respectful and kind young man, with amazing dedication and sportsmanship. I hope he gets the opportunity to shine with the Dolphins now.
As a Steelers fan, this is AMAZING!!!
NO TAKEBACKS!
Glad you have at least one amazing thing this year
@@FR-nc3vb Pickett stinks. The front office believes in Canada. The Rooneys are letting it all happen. Yeah, we're back in the 1980's
Can't wait for the Canada being fired skit
@@Ghostype318 Not happening. Tomlin no longer cares. The man has lost the fire he used to have. So sad, too, bc the man was amazing.
Can’t wait to see what Miami gets for Chase Claypool when they trade him at the beginning of next season.
Knowing our gm, probably a 1st, 2 2nds and the keys to the city 😂😂
Hes a free agent so nothing unless they want to keep him.
Whenever I think of Claypool, the first image that pops into my mind is him wasting time celebrating a catch, even though the Steelers offense was out of timeouts & trying to make a comeback.
Being so oblivious to your team's situation that an O-linemen on your own team has to run over & snatch the ball out of your hands, THAT is who Claypool is 😂
Dolphins fans can say "no harm if it doesnt' work out," but how bad would it be if he pulled something like that at the end of a divisional game late in the season?
The only way Chase Claypool is getting the ball thrown his way at the end of the game is if Hill, Waddle, Berrios, Smythe, Mostert and Achane are all injured or we're up by 50 and resting the starters again
I think of Les.
@@chrisscott2009 Is that really what you think McDaniel is planning to do with him? You may be right, but I'm not sure McDaniel is actively trading for a locker room headache, just to let him sit on the sidelines.
The 6th round pick is no big loss, but if you had such little need for him, you wouldn't have even bothered to make the trade. Nearly every team in the league could cough up a 6th rounder, but only the Dolphins did.
Yeah I saw Patrick mahomes throw an interception once that means he’s a bad player. What if it’s late in a pklayoff game and he does that again. That’s ur logic
Except an interception is much harder to avoid doing and the celebration is very preventable
Man, the Bears organization really are the sharpest marble
You know why I am not mad at the Chase Claypool trade as a Bears fan? Because the pick was used by the Steelers to draft a legacy player - Joey Porter Jr. was drafted by the Steelers with that pick. As a football fan, that is amazing. It stings, sure, but I'll get over it pretty quickly.
That packers reaction at the start was 😂
Always nice to see the Bears take a bullet that GB originally wanted. Dodge complete
It's payback after we colluded with the Lions and gave them Monty, and then we took Tonyan and Lewis from the Pack lol. It's only right that they got one back on us.
It's ironic they don't even allow bullets in Chicago
I think he got the trade backwards, bears paid a dollar to dump him lol
The Packers laughing at the end had me ROLLING!
Grossi, it doesn't matter, you can't make Bears nation sad today. We suddenly became a top tier offense by getting RID of Claypool (and playing against bad defenses), so the fact that we got anything in the process is just like stealing.
You can't make us mad at Poles when we just saw DJ Moore blow up all over national TV.
Exactly. I’m still riding the high of the win and seeing a real offense. The best part is we play three more bad defenses in a row. DJ Moore played good enough to make me forget all about the claypool trade
we need a video for Randy Gregory now, his trade is just about as hilarious as this one
Nevermind, just saw the report.
Ya the bears traded a high pick for claypool but at least they didn’t give him a big contract just to trade him for nothing. They’re also still paying most of his contract😂
Honestly more than what I’d thought we’d get.
Even this whole ordeal has hurt a whole lot. Poles still has banked a lot of "dollars" in moves, and DJ Moore alone is priceless. So i can take this one on the chin like a man.
Poles has the booty chest to transform the Bears the nest two years. Let’s see how this works out 🤷♂️
@@usernamesrlamo Yep exactly, and while I'm not sold he will actually use his capital the way he should. I give him a lot of credit for stocking the ammo. Lets hope for da best!
Claypool is Poles' ONE mistake if you ask me. He got Moore and the Panthers' first overall pick next year. He got us Edmunds, Edwards, Nate Davis, Billings, etc. He's put together a good team on paper. He also was forced into a corner to hire Eberflus. They told him "You have 3 candidates to choose from, but we're only going to let you interview Eberflus" Lmfao.
@@MFBloosh Mostly agree, but his draft track record has been rocky. Not saying many total busts, and even some decent late rounds picks. However Velus pick has been horrid, Tyrique Stevenson has not shown me enough to warrant taking him over John Michael Schmitz, and same thing can be said about Gervon Dexter. Obviously those guys I mentioned still have time to prove me wrong, but it does leave me with some concern. But then again hey, what GM hits on all picks, which is why its great he is stockpiling them.
How about drafting Caleb/Drake and Marvin Harrison Jr 1-2 next year?!? People won’t be laughing for long
I swear, the bears achieved multiplication by subtraction in getting rid of Claypool. Team looks entirely different.
We shall see.
"Yeah we got plenty already"
Idk why this made me laugh so hard, but it did
Bears fans went from arguing Claypool would be a legit #1 receiver to driving him to the airport after they saw his personality and actually got a real #1.
We never said claypool was our 1 DJ Moore is our 1 you’re just talking mess
@@RyRyBred11 I’m talking about last season before you got DJ lmao. You definitely did. I was there. I remember
@@ccr35582 nah as soon as he played his first game I thought he was a #2 at best. Most bears fans didn’t like the trade
@@isaiahaguinaga2326Nah... you did...😂
Well, idiot fans did, sure. I was saying he's our number 2 behind Mooney who was always better than Claypool. Mooney is a solid WR2 who was just slightly outmatched trying to be the Bears WR1, but having Claypool was supposed to help open things up for Mooney. It did not. It did not at *all.*
I was expecting he would get cut. I'm surprised we got anything.
Dolphins: “What do you want for Claypool? Bears: “How about a half eaten sandwich and a bag of chips?”
Tom you must be having a field day with all of this roasting of Minny and Chicago XD
Always coming up with innovative comedy sketches. I've been telling everybody about Tom grossi so they can get the same imense enjoyment I do from watching his content
That laugh by the packers at the end hurt my soul but made me laugh so hard
i love how he gives miami $2 so it’s the other way around because you know that that trade is stupid
1:08 "We dont have too" " NO NO NO!!!! I have the money😂😂😂
I wonder how many people failed to notice he gave him Chase Claypool and $1.
Lol. That was backwards.
I like how the amount the Bears paid was $320 because they wound up giving away the 32nd overall pick.
32-34 if we are being generous
So if it had been the 60th pick it would have been $600?
@@Tubalcain422 Sure, I guess. But then that means the first overall pick would only be worth $10.
Ty for explaining the joke
Honestly the Bears are lucky they got anything for him
Loved the greedy laugh at the end....LMAO
by far your best video!! I just sent this to all my friends... so like one person but still!
I was actually rooting for the Bills to make this exact same trade. So good on Miami for recognizing this. They paid nothing, they are putting him in an offense where he really isnt the center of attention and where theres no pressure, and hes being sent into a coaching group and WR room that will DAMAND he works for it. Really think Buffalo should have done this
Nicely done!
49ers fan here
I can relate… we gave up $3000 just to get 5 bucks back for our trade…
Love your video, Tom, and keep up the great work you are awesome
Love the captions
Your videos make me laugh out loud. Literally!
The Packers laughing at the end 😂
And watch he’ll be an amazing 3rd option for the dolphins now
Either that or he’ll cause cancer to metastasize through the Dolphins organization. I could see either outcome happening.
@@thekingbarrelmaker7642 It would make no sense for the org to let him run rampant if he starts to be a locker room cancer. Even if he became a VERY good WR3 but was also a locker room cancer the org would just cut him off. The upside would never be worth having a locker room cancer. It's either he becomes a good WR3 or he's out of the league.
@joeasuncion2891 that's what usually happens. Bears trade peppers and Cedric Benson and both do very well the next season. Alshon did good too
Actually, I'm surprised that no one has noticed that *Berrios* has been an excellent 3rd so far.
4th minimum…behind Berrios
It would be totally bears fashion for claypool to become the next Jerry rice after going to miami
Yah that's not happening.
@@anthonyslazas6413You never know. McDaniels is a god amongst men, that offense can churn out superstars like it’s butter.

Pittsburgh is pretty good at getting players to succeed at the wide receiver position. If they gave up then I doubt Miami will succeed.
I love your comedy style ❤ i just started my youtube channel because of you
Lmfao!!!!! Yes!! This was hilarious!!! And it's even funnier because I had him in my fantasy a few years back too and he did nothing for me haha
I love the humor in all of this.
The maniacal laughter by the Packer’s fans at the end made this skit.
I was kind of wondering how could the Bears get rid of Claypool. Well now we know lol 😂
I’m kinda hyped about this trade because we got him for free basically and we technically needed a WR because two is hurt and we needed depth. So I liked this trade.
I hope he works out and takes Steven A’s advice.
Maybe he’ll be different for you guys but I just don’t see it
@@isaiahaguinaga2326 a wise word once said “I’ll believe it when I see it.”
Looking at what happened after Claypool stopped playing for the Bears, that was a worthwhile trade.
Now if they can just play that way more than 1 game.
@@Tubalcain422 One and a half, technically.
Marino jersey at the end of the video. Like a Boss
"You are about to work my friend."
Indeed!
The ending was epic👍
Amazing how Grossi nails it with the Bears. I guess nobody knows you quite as well as your greatest enemy.
The laugh at the end 😂
So good i had to watch it twice😂
Hilarious! Absolutely, you're best video imo
That cheeky packers laugh at the end
Hilarious. You should be on the networks. Bust out great content.
It is now two months since that trade and Claypool has been active for three games and made one catch (and that was in Week 8).
Great Vid As Always
reminds me of that Futurama clip that shows Bender in hell and after he made a deal with the Devil he just screams: No Backsies
Yea even as a Bears fan I have to admit Poles got fleeced. Claypool has talent but there's something between the ears with that guy. How you start off a contract year w/ that poor of effort you have to apologize to your team is beyond me
SPot on Tom, spot on.
the best one yet
literally laughed out loud when he said "you are about to work my friend" 🤣🤣🤣
The second I saw the Bears tweet "We traded Chase Claypool." and absolutely no other context, I knew it was a garbage trade
you made this video and thought to yourself "I should get some 20 dollar bills to make this look legit" but checked your wallet and just had two 5's and some 1's. Thats what you makes you a man of the people Grossi.
There's an error in the video, Chicago gave Miami the $2 when it should've been the other way around
Now THIS is good content.
As a very confused dolphins fan... I wanted a solid O-Lineman thats not made of glass, and many Fins fans know that I mean Terron Armstead. The mf always hurt.
At this point.... I'll take it for Claypool....I'd have thrown Everlose in the trade as well and let Miami do what they will with the both of em
The best thing was just the random packers guy there, Especially that laugh at the end
As a Steelers fan, Omar Khan-artist at its finest!
Absolutely brilliant!!!😂😂🤣😂🍻
I was hoping you would have a video for this 😹
Tom is getting full value on that Bears jersey this season. :)
Pure gold......
The only reason Chase Claypool is a name is because he went off on the Eagles for 250 a couple years ago, my man is still eating off that 1 game. I respect it
This was hilarious 😂
Finna get these tickets for the atl game to see my commanders thanks for the code
Laughed so hard at this
As a Bears fan, sounds about right.
Bro! Too funny! 🤣 😂
Surprised that Tom didn't include a Khan!!! shout near the end for the Bears as yet another team finds out that Steelers GM Khan has magic powers in trading garbage for valuable picks.
“Dammit I wanted that”. Haha. So right.
As a dolphins fan I’m in shambles
As a bears fan have fun with that bum. t least you guys didn’t give up as much as we did for him. Im just glad he’s gone regardless of what the bears got for him
Claypool went from pittsburg to chicago to miami! From trashcans at qb to tua! He better do something now. Nothing else to complain about
The Bears got fleeced so badly that they forgot that the Dolphins were supposed to give _them_ the two dollars.
that packer laugh. i bet it haunts bear fans for life.
Makes sense now 😂
II KID you not, when my son asked me what the trade was, I told him it was like we ( Dolphins) gave the Bears $20 and they gave us back $19 and Claypool ...I am dead right now lol
Why do I even bother to read the sports pages? Tom describes things so eloquently, with humor.
I like how the dolphins here didnt actually pay anything, and instead got claypool + $1 while the bears are essentially out $321 now
