      We are all sad. We have all lost whatever freedom we thought we had! Food has always been my passion, but this channel has saved me basically! Thought I was cracking up. Cried for 3 straight days! But I am learning lots from this lady! THANK YOU MY DEAR LADY!

    I finally tried tonight. So tasty . No more supermarket ready made flatbread. This will be my regular cooking routine . I also cook the masala bell pepper curry regularly these days . Thank you so much.

    I made this paratha for my daughter she is 17 month old and guess what she loved it so much and her play is clean like I wash it. And you know this is all mum’s dream. thank you.
    P.S I just remove green chillies rest is as it is

    Any tips on how to keep them soft for kids lunch boxes? Mine somehow turn hard and chewy. Not sure what wrong am i doing

      I do not understand why they became chew they should be soft.

      I agree they should be soft. I have even tried adding oil/ghee while kneading the atta. Still becomes hard when cold

    Generally utterly boring..I mash it add tomatoes ssly chilli n lime ..on sourdough ..
    This is definitely better.
