- I was on a long journey to find boxing gloves for sparring that were comparable to Winnings 10oz fight gloves for sparring. They are incredibly soft and give a type of punchers and protective feel that can only be understood when you use them. Most gloves lean on the side of being a punchers gloves or protective gloves. Finding that perfect blend is the secret to boxing gloves supremacy.
Protects your hands, not the opponent's face is what I would describe a good Winning.
For fights, 100%. If you have power, you will always have knock outs. Always protect your hands
Thank you for the review, you should try some of the other Pro-am gloves, theybare all different for different uses and feel, the Pro sparring are a soft sparring glove for a more modern feel
I've definitely considered their other gloves. It's hard to beat the softness of the retro gloves. I'm not a big fan of the modern thin/tougher padding. Gives a lot of shock to the body compared to softer gloves.

Sorry for only getting to your comment now, the interior is very snug. Even without wraps. For competition It would certainly feel like you're losing circulation in the hand. Padding is more stiff than training gloves.
A 12oz winning is better than a 16oz glove with hard pad?

@@faitopodcast 12oz - 16oz winnings have the same style of padding. I was just using it as a comparison. Sparring should only be with 14-16oz gloves. My retro style Pro-ams are 14oz

@@Chooong7 10oz has about twice the padding of the 8oz. its the same padding but having so much more makes it feel slightly different
how long did it take for the winning gloves to arrive when you ordered it?
i got them through a reseller so it was quick. but if in stock, it shouldnt take longer than a month. if on backorder it could take 3-6months

Do you spar with the 10oz winning?
No way! Primary mitts and bag work. For technical training. Maybe I'll do a video of my training with them

Bag work! Perfect for mitts. But the padding is resilient and protective enough for bag work
I use mine for bag work. Feels incredible. I like the pillowy feel. I also use them for very light technical (touch) sparring, but never with any power.
@@lex.cordis Yeah I wish one day I'll be lucky enough to get a pair or two as I deem them the best production gloves there is (besides bespoke $$$)
