If Michael brought a Skorpekh Lord it looks like he forgot the free mortal wounds upon a charge in turn two
The skorpekh lord has to make base contact to dish out mortal wounds - and I believe he couldnt fit.

So, I don't play AM, but according to some quick research it says that units that do "Move, Move, Move!" are considered to have advanced as part of the order. They can't charge or roll advance rolls, which means they can only shoot assault guns. Right?
No, that order just adds 3" to the movement characteristic of models in that unit.
You’re thinking of the ‘move move move’ from 8th which let a unit move and advance as if it were the movement phase at the start of the shooting phase. In 10th it just adds 3” to their movement
