My well or bore is in one corner and the other end of an acre is nearly 900 feet. I put 5hp in well and at the 900th feet, I'm not getting pressure. How can rain gun work? And have a bore with salt water running in compressor pump. Will it work for rain gun or rain hose?

You can store the water from the borewell into a syntex tank and from the tank you can connect a High-pressure pump available in the market, which can deliver pressure around 5 ksc, which will be useful for Rain gun
Thanks for inputs. The pressure which is coming our from my bore well is more than enough to maintain/irrigate my farm. More over with the pressure i am getting now i am able to operate mini rain guns and i have implemented one.

I have been following your channel from the beginning. You started this project to live your life with nature. I know you don't have any business motive behind the project at this point of time. You are doing this because you wanted to spend time with nature.
Now that you are introducing these technologies, I feel you are deviating from your plan. After automating everything, you will not find time to visit the farm. I would suggest to keep everything manual, spend as much time as possible. Please try to reconsider if possible.

I am well aware that implementing/bringing new technologies will definitely decrease personal feel between ourself from farm , adds cost and also reduces our physical activity in our farm . I intend to inform technologies available In market, for the people who are planning to do it in a commercial way . Going forward I have no interest/motto to take our farm/ farming activities in a commercial way . You all shall see how we are proceeding in future🙏 since we are also enthusiastic and new to farming. Wanted to explore all technologies. Hence this post 👍

My friend has penguin brand 1.25 inch rain gun. He has purchased directly from a shop at parrys corner , Chennai for the price 2200. Yes u can definitely Store and pump it with 5hp motor. It ll have good throw. 👍🙏

🙏sir the place which I shot video related to rain gun is very near to our farm (sithandi village , Chengalpattu district) . Rain gun ranges from 2500 to 28000 depends on quality. In this farm all rain guns purchased under subsidy . Yes we can very well use fertilizer. But natural bio fertilizer should be properly filtered before giving it in rain gun . We can use Venturi setup also for giving fertilizer using rain guns / rain hose / sprinkler/ drip line .

I heard rain pipe is damaged by rats and other animals. Lifetime of Rain pipe will be max 3years,then again we need to spend for installation

Rain gun also have some disadvantages corner of the field will not be covered. Can you let us know how that farmer has covered the corner
@@nithiyanarayanan1236 rain gun requires min 3kg pressure & 7hp motor for building good pressure. Here in this farm rain guns to cover every 80ft dia and I have seen only once during its operation. Next time if I visit I ll surely will try to get answers for your question on how they are irrigating corners with rain gun . Rain hose will operate even with 1kg pressure. Rat damaging rain pipes I heard but so far not experienced this kind of problem. We are using ksnm brand rain hose. Which is economical and durable. We started using ksnm brand rain pipes from last . Don't know how durable it is !👍
