Setting up a drip irrigation system (சொட்டு நீர் பாசனம்) in our farm.
In this video tried our best to show on how we setup drip irrigation system in our farm, and some useful tips to setup on you own. Watch and Improve your learning curve.
1. Things to consider before laying main lines and how to lay main lines, drip lines.
2 .Things to consider while buying drip irrigation materials
3. How to use a venturi (to give liquid bio fertilizer like Panchkavyam/jeevamrutham/Fish amino acid) to your crops/ plants/trees directly through the drip lines.
4. are filters necessary for your drip system ? If yes, what fits for your farm ?
5. Reason why we should plan/draw the layout of our drip system properly before implementing

The cork (Grommet) you have mentioned is 1 sided. There are double sided grommets too which could solve your problem of the hose getting disconnected. But its a bit harder to squeeze them into the pvc. Hope it myt help you

Did you check the bore water PH before use it? Alkalised water not good for any farm setting organic or not. You need a tank or pond to recover the PH. Then pump it back to dripping system.

Sir possible to use Venturi in sprinkler irrigation , we used 2.5 inch pipe for delivery, plz suggest the Venturi size nd price ,
sir you can go with 1 inch venturi which will definitely work for you. and only local brand will be available. you can contact him (suresh +91 98409 60886) to get it couriered to you. cost may come around Rs.800-900

I would like to help you to give a piece of useful knowledge. You do not need to reduce the 2 inch pipe to 1.25 inch pipe. If you retain 2 inch pipe itself, the pressure distribution will be better than what you have. You can check for your self if you do it for only one sub main.
Agreed sir . Now I replaced with 2 inches pipe. The water retains the same pressure till the end which is 170 ft away from borewell out. Thanks for your inputs sir .🙏 Earlier I was under impression that water pressure might not retain till end . 👍

What software you have used for plan designed.
For drip irrigation we calculated the flow rate with this website irrigation.wsu.edu/Content/Calculators/Drip/Drip-Line-Rate.php . And thisportal given us rough idea. And after so many trial and error we identified a reasonable working system. thanks!
