This is the exact type of doctor that everyone in medicine should aspire to be! Someone who can treat someone (unless its life threatening) by improving your mental/physical/emotion health, instead of medicating your symptoms.
I remember being a kid, and talking with phd's about my depression. Doctors always tried to get me to take all sorts of ef'd up things to destroy my mind, spirit, and body. To this day, idk if those doctors thought they were helping, or making a lab-rat out of a human child... Nowadays I'm very happy, and still growing as a person. About to hit 30 and haven't been sick since I stopped seeing the doctor. Although, I trust this guys judgement. He sounds reasonable, and well educated, with valid points.
    Thanks Doc!

Its all just so easy isn't it, the problem is we don't live in a fantasy world with endless free time.
Try working a low wage job with long hours in a very overwhelming environment, see if you can get it together without meds in the 3 hours of spare time you have to yourself every day, make it about one hour if you aren't single.

Exercise is fantastic and increases the dopamine in my brain. I feel great. However I recently took up an acting/drama class where we act silly, laugh, joke and have fun but this has left me over stimulated, absolutely exhausted and then I engage in bingeing/overeating. This has created so much exhaustion that I haven't got the energy to exercise. I have put on weight in the last two weeks and I am devastated because my ADHD symptoms are now out of control. I don't know how to deal with the overwhelm after the acting class. If I could cope with that then maybe I won't feel so overwhelmed and exhausted so I can go back to my daily gym and swim😞

My problem is I don't know if I have ADD or not , but I know there is something , I don't think I am normal, when I compare my self with my college or friends in any thing I do (sports , studying , courses or even In life ), I think they are way better in getting the information and learning new skills that puts me in alot of embarrassing situations and some times my colleagues or instructors feels like I need special attention, even in the sport I never play team sports as I always think that I will make them lose and they will blame me ( and that infact happened alot when I was kid) .
also in any interview for work or any sudden questions or in oral exam or in stress, I always cannt answer in systematic way , not confident, nervous all the time and I feel like I am answering first thing in my mind without analysing to what I am going to say , except if study it by heart and always try to answer as i study it in the same sequence.
I don't do or I postpone anything requires me to focus ( like reading instructions on how to install something or sign up for exam or course online or if I have to setup something ) and if I have a choice I ask someone to do it for me , I cannt organise anything easily and always change what I am doing several times , when there is alot of choices I get confused and I postpone it, even I may not choose what I suppose to buy or take or I will ask someoneto make the choicefor me.
I forgot alot for example I may forget where I park my car and that happened more common with time , also sometimes, I feel like my brain is more clear in the morning or immediately when I wake up , and I may take a quick decision when I wake up but after that I feel my brain is not working the same and start to deteriorate as long as I stay awake.
Also I have problem in analysing data , and put it together for example I cannt solve problem solving questions easily)
I get score very good and some times excellent in written or MCQ exams but in oral exams or interviews as I mentioned before I cannt pass or I pass with difficulty.
I feel like something is holding me back all the time ,, I am trying to improve my self all the time and went to many doctors in my country, they don't focus on this problem and they only focus on social anxiety or avoidance personality , which is accompanied with lack of concentration that I mentioned. And with time I feel like I am not improving or getting better and started to lose hope.
If any one knows a specialist or psychiatrist who I can contact by zoom or any online method and can diagnose and help me to improve, please send his contact details or tell me how to reach him

I'm sorry I can't recommend anyone but reading your story it sounds to me like you might have adhd/be autistic or both, so audhd. All I can say is read up on both, also look up a lot of people's personal experiences with it, helped me a lot to watch a bunch of tiktok's of people who have adhd/autism. It was easier for me to recognize things in myself after hearing other people describe it.
I hope you're doing okay. If you are neurodivergent, you are certainly not alone. There's a big online community that are always ready to share their experience and advice.
      Goodluck to you!

At one point, I was working out everyday day, lifting weights etc. I felt AMAZING!! I mean unexplainable, then once I got with my current partner, I just completely stopped. I believed my depression was because of him, not realizing that it was because I stopped exercising and started eating a lot of excess sugar.

Forgive me for being presumptuous but does laughter and hugging, rolling around and whatever overcome the mind’s unwillingness to do it? Not if you truly have ADHD. You can’t heal a broken arm the day after you broke it by rolling around the floor and believing it’s healed. ADHD and the Brain are far more complex.

We can't get off our computers long enough to be regular people with realistic social lives and other activities outside the house in this day and age because of the economy.

The reason why I say sadly, is because the modern life doesn't provide us with these normal human actions and interactions. Everyone is too busy or too tired to hang out, all my friends moved away, my city is full of old people, everyone id always on their phone, etc.
