Awesome! Thank you👍👏
Nice 👍
Thank you. 👍
Loved the video, very clear instructions and parts. Will try and make one too👍🏼🇨🇦 thank you
Glad it was helpful!
Really cool. So what of I can't weld. What would be another option to plug the nipple below the spigot? Will the alcohol deteriat the o rings, and how often does one need to clean the pipes?
Nice.., cheers bro🍻
Thank you 👍❤️
FELICITACIONES y gracias por la informacion tan detallada .
Gracias.
Disculpe como se llama la manguerita metálica y k función cumple ??? Gracias ...👍
Super
Thank you.
What size is bottle connector
Thats pretty good. Cheers
Thank you. 👍
Will build one for my shop bar. Thank
Thank you for watching.
Where did you get your vent tubing? And tool lol
Great video,,,,,,I was wondering how to connect the bottle, thanks for clearing that up. Looks like I will be going through more Jim Beam now.
Awesome how to. What size o-rings were used?
Thank you. The o- ring inside the cap is approximately 2.5 mm in thickness and 28.5 mm outside diameter. The o-ring inside the reducer is approximately 4.7625 mm thickness and 28.5 mm outside diameter. Keep in mind that bell reducers can be slightly different so you might need a thicker o-ring inside the reducer and you might also need an additional o-ring on the bottle threads as shown in this video. m.th-cam.com/video/23YrAC5hBrE/w-d-xo.html Hope this helps. 👍
I like it the way he made it i might do another one. I build mines out of bronse, epoxy resin and gun casings.
Thats cool.. i created mines out of bronse.. good stuff man
Thank you. Keep up the good work. 👍👍
which welding machine do you use?
Welches Schweißgerät benutzt du?
Hi, I use a Miller Thunderbolt 160 DC
is it ok to use this pipes for alcohol? i think it is for water only.
Yes. It is stainless steel.
What about corked bottles how do you solve this problem
Show👍👍👍👍
Thanks ❤️👍
My greeting from iraq well done
Greetings, thank you.
Must be Vegas…GO KNIGHTS!!!
Doses the vent tube have to be a smaller diameter??
1/4 or 3/8 works.
@@axcreates_official thank you!!
para que sirve el hierro de atras??
It’s a vent.
What about bottles with no cap?
You can purchase a wine bottle pourer/spout/re-corker and make it work..
Having a hard time with the pour. It air locks. Does the vent have to be the same height as the valve?
Good
is there a reason you chose 3/4? Was it just to match your faucet? And would 1/2 work?
No particular reason, 1/2” should work fine.
What size rubber rings did you use
I just drink from the bottle but each his own. My bourbon doesn’t have screw cap but does look like fun to tinker around and make
That works well too!! Thank you for watching. 👍
Love this! What are the size of the O-rings that you used?
They are 1" in diameter by about 1/4" thickness.
What’s the point of the metal rod?
Its a vent.
Where did you purchase the 1/4" Tube x 1/4" Male MPT SS 90 Elbow? I cant seem to find it very many places:/
I found it at a local supply house. You’ll find it on Amazon, but the price is higher. It doesn’t have to be a 90, you can also use the fitting on the link below. Just put a 90 bend on the tubing. Below are the two links you can check. Hope this Helps. 👍 This are not affiliate links.

Looks like a SWAGELOCK fitting
NICE THE ONLY THING THAT I CAN´T FORGIVE IS THAT COKE IN THE WHISKY GLASS
Thank you.
I agree! Nice dispenser though.
What is material of the seals?
Food grade o-ring seals.
What is the vent line and size
The vent is 1/4” stainless steel tubing.
The bottom connection could or do you think it would work using shark bite to 1 /2 PEX PEx goes into bottle neck with O-ring just trying to figure out a way to be able to use a variety of different bottle with out needing to change the caps every time
Awesome
Thanks Mr Novruz for the positive comment. 👍👍
I like it the way he made it i might do another one. I build mines out of bronse, epoxy resin and gun casings.

Thanks for the vid! I was wondering how to make the bottle to pipe connection! Thanks
Thank you for watching. Glad it helped.
@mrdausen Did u figure it out? That’s why I’m here.
Bom dia. Muito engenhoso.👏👏👏👏
Obrigado por assistir meu vídeo
One question
What size is the pipe
Everything, but the vent is 3/4”. The vent is 1/4” tubing and the bottle connection is a 1” x 3/4” bell reducer. Thank you for watching.
What is the purpose of the long, narrow pipe? Does it allow air to enter for a smoother pour?
Hayden White Thank you for watching. Yes, that’s correct. It allows air to enter, otherwise you get very little or no flow at all.
Great! I've been trying to figure out a way to incorporate air. Thanks for the insight!
Hayden White No problem. And I found that the vent actually works better if it’s straight. You still get flow the way I did it, but works better with it being straight. 👍
@@axcreates_official thanks man wish i could send u pics, but i will upload video
DIY Creations You got it buddy. Can’t wait to see the vid. Looking forward to it. 👍👍
So the liquid dosent goes up the vent tube ?
DIY Creations I haven’t had a problem with it. It just needs to be higher than the bottle being used.
the vent tube is actually called a vacuum breaker. It prevents a vacuum from forming in the nozzle and the liquid from not flowing. it won't go up and out the tube because the liquid level is not higher than the outlet of the liquid in the bottle. same principle as how your toilet works (there's an S shaped pipe in the bottom with a liquid filled vacuum break there).
JM Sell Couldn’t agree more👍👍
So, if you add coke or any other soda, what would happend?? And this is because of the carbonated soda. Won't it push the liquid out the vent tube?
DIY Creations Vet I don’t think it will, maybe it would, but I made a triple (2 liquor bottles and 1 coke) for a friend and he’s never told me of any issues with it.
How much.
Hi! I'm wondering what the piece that connects the tee and reducer is called?
I’m not sure what piece you’re referring to. So there’s the cross with a 3” long nipple and 3/4”x 1” reducer on top. You have the 6” long nipple on the bottom that also connects to the base. On one side you have the valve and on the other side of the cross you have a 3/4” x 1/4” bushing with a 1/4” NPT x compression fitting. You’ll find the list of parts in the video’s description. Hope this helps. Thank you for watching.
Is there a way, or a different part that could be used to get out of having to weld?
Yes, you can replace the 3/4" Nipple with this valve. Or you can get this same valve male x female and add a 3" nipple to keep it the same height, since the welded nipple is 6" long and the valve is approximately 3" long. Hope this helps. 👍This is not an affiliate link.

What’s the bend piece in the back for? Airflow?
Yes. Thank you.
could this potentially change the taste of the liquid?
een goed vraag ik denk ja zeeker
ik vind ook bier in fles beeter dan
in blikken
GO KNIGHTS GO!!!
what about rust
Como vc fez essa roda giratória .ensina o Despenser ficou show .
Olá, não fiz a roda de fiar. Eu comprei. Obrigado.
Hi is there a parts list that you’ve made for this. It’s more so getting the right sizes
Yes, you'll find it in the video’s description. Thank you for watching. Let me know if you have questions.
@@axcreates_official thank you! I look forward to making this!
I hope you do. 👍
What is the coupon made from and what solder did you use? I'm assuming SS coupon and lead-free?
Yes, it’s all food grade 316L Stainless Steel and the only brass piece is lead free.
Does your liquor ever change colors? I dont know why mine does. The only thing I think I'm doing differently is, I use epoxy to plug up that one pipe instead of welding it. That epoxy is alcohol resistant. Oh and my air release pipe is copper. Any idea why my liquor is changing color?
Hi, I don’t think is the copper vent since copper and stainless are the preferred materials for making stills. If you used all stainless materials and Lead Free brass valve then all I can think is the epoxy. I’m looking into a different and safe way of doing it where there’s no welding involved for the next dispenser I make. Hope this helps. Thank you for your feedback and support.
Is it not because of the alcohol degrading the seals?
@@Kemikalgeneral Those seals are used in more aggressive and corrosive applications. So no, it’s not the seals.
I finally got it...lol...
Ive been using alcohol resistant epoxy to plug up the 6" galvanized pipe. Let me know if you want details on how to do it. I will try to add pix of the dispensers I've made so far.
I’ll give a cheers to that cheers 🍻
Thank you 🥂
What size fitting does the cap go into?
Looks like it was a 1” female
I am trying to replicate this for a wine bottle however I am having difficulty finding a coupling that will accept the wine bottle and not leak. Any thoughts? Thanks
Does the win bottle have a screw cap?
Para que es la varilla de atras
Es un tubo de pequeño diámetro. Funciona como respirador para mejor flujo.
Very nice work! I recently built one following a similar design... although my air vent doesn’t seem to make a difference at all (90 degree elbow compression fitting with a 1/4” copper tube longer than the bottle is tall)...
Any chance you’d be willing to help me figure out where I’m going wrong in my design?
Yes, happy to help. What size pipe did you used for the project?
@@axcreates_official hey! I used 3/4” pipe - I did some playing with my design, turned out the air vent was too far down on my design. My new design simply moved it up closer to the bottle and it works like a champ. Your video helped a lot with the initial design - thank you!
How much did all the parts for this cost?
The parts were approximately $40. The most expensive were the 316L SS fittings. I order many fittings from this site. Hope it helps. Thanks for your visit.

Ich bin Begeistert
Sehr gut!👍
Could you send a list of all parts needed. For one without welding please
Absolutely!👍
Please can you send me the part also such a blinding build
Es sólo decorativo, el líquido termina cambiando de sabor pasando por el metal, pero eso nadie lo dice!!!
Kinda like spinning a giant redwood on a lathe.......To make a toothpick
Then either you buy the toothpick or you don’t need the toothpick! 👍
Don’t get me wrong ....Outstanding craftsmanship without doubt ....Just overkill for me.....
Add to the fact no way I could possibly make anything that nice ....I’m just jealous and drunk
And I’m a Raider fan....I clearly have many issues 🤡
@@ericriess8287 Understood! Great comment btw. I got a good laugh! 👍

Why didn't he explain to us what he was doing
As stated below, there are easier ways to build a dispenser without "Welding".
Thank you for watching.
Yeah but if you can’t weld, you probably can’t handle whiskey
нафига столько фумки наматывать??) пфф)) и трубу тисками ушатал таки)) но в целом идея годная)))
Yup, you work in Natural Gas. Lol
Create bgt
Wash the part!? Just let the alcohol disinfect it.
Yes, I washed all the parts.
Metal is porous. Even the cleanest of parts off the shelf could still have residual oils from the manufacturing process. When I had a Cerakote shop one of the steps after sand blast and degreaser was to bake the stripped part to release any trapped oil in the metal.
These dispenser’s are really nice. There are so many different styles and the amount of bottles you can use is endless, I GUESS MY PROBLEM AND QUESTION IS, why don’t nobody ever show the steps and parts on how to stop the liquid from flowing pass the turning handle , making it is one thing, stopping the liquor from spilling at the bottom and through the wood is another thing, NO ONE EVER SHOWS THAT PART and that makes me believe you guys are not actually using them item instead getting the views and selling us a false non-working item. I’ve made over 10 of these and I followed every step 100% smh YOU HABE TO DO BETTER.
Thanks for watching. I showed all the steps and parts. And you'll also find the list of parts in the description of everything needed to build it. @ 0:37 I am welding the cap on the 6" long nipple that prevents fluid from flowing to the bottom like you mentioned. You can see the same step in my other video (th-cam.com/video/23YrAC5hBrE/w-d-xo.html) where the stainless steel cap is welded to the nipple to prevent fluid from flowing to the bottom. Hope this helps. Both dispensers work just fine. Thanks for your feedback.
The metal piece he welded to the pipe. You did that part?
