SGK , താങ്കൾ ധാരാളം വിദേശ രാജ്യങ്ങൾ സന്ദർശിച്ചിട്ടുള്ള ആളാണ് . അവിടുത്തെ പ്ലാനിംഗ് , നിർമാണ രീതികൾ ഇവയെല്ലാം കണ്ടിട്ടുമുണ്ട് . എന്നാൽ അതൊക്കെ കേരളത്തിൽ നടപ്പാകില്ല , കാരണം ഭരിക്കുന്നവരുടെയും അവരെ ഭരണത്തിലേറ്റുന്നവരുടെയും മനസ് തന്നെ ....
100% Correct! ടൂറിസം ഒന്നും ഇല്ലാതെ തന്നെ നമ്മൾ നഗരങ്ങളും പഞ്ചായത്തുകളും റോഡുകളും ക്ലീൻ ആക്കണം. ഞാൻ 15 വർഷം മുമ്പ് ആൾക്കാർ നിർബന്ധിച്ച് അതിരപ്പള്ളി കാണാൻ പോയി! വളരെ നിരാശയായിരുന്നു ഫലം. വൃത്തിയില്ല. അവിടെ പല സ്ഥലത്തും “ലണ്ടന്റെ” മണം ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു! അവിടെ കണ്ട ഒരു ബെഞ്ചിൽ കയ്യിൽ കൊണ്ടുപോയിരുന്ന മാതൃഭൂമി പത്രം വിരിച്ച് കയ്യിൽ കരുതിയ ഭക്ഷണം കഴിച്ചു. ഇത്രയും വലിയ റ്റൂറിസ്റ്റ സ്ഥലത്ത് ചൂടുള്ള ദോശ കിട്ടുന്ന ഒരു കടയില്ല. ബാക്കി എഴുതുന്നില്ല.
തേങ്ങ ആണ്.. ഇവിടെ ആളുകൾക്ക് ഗവണ്മെന്റ് ന് ഒന്നും ആവശ്യമില്ല.. കൊടി പിടിച്ചു നടക്കാൻ സമരം ചെയ്യാൻ മാത്രം താല്പര്യം ഉള്ള ഒരു തരം lazy ജനങ്ങൾ 😊

A master plan for tourism in Kerala is important. But, what's more important is the assurance and complete peace of mind to be given the private investors that their investment will be protected at all costs. What use is a master plan if a private investor is threatened or intimidated by political goons and officialdom.

As I understand moonaar is just a hill area whereas bekal fort is biggest tourist place where lot of foreigners can visit if the government change that place for the tourist can swim in the sea. Government should appoint trained Safeguards like in developed countries. All the tourists who go to goa beach will come to Bakel fort. Biggest advantage that is close to Manglore city.

The first hindrance is political corruption. There needs to be long-term planning. Total change in the view and fresh approach in implementation and follow-up is not impossible, considering the intelligence and education in Kerala; people will support it. However, the political will and vision are missing.
