So what does it mean if we don’t have a social circle in general
Im so confused... should we be working out or nah?
(this is my standard script i post in most groups as a practical guide for managing mental health issues.)
Symptom of mental health problems: if youre self cutting & self-harming, have anxiety, depression, suicidal thoughts, severe mood swings, hearing voices.
You will need to resolve this from the following aspects :
-spiritual
-emotional/psychological,
-physical (nutrition/exercise/medication) aspects of this.
Where emotional wounds that have gotten toxic - forgiveness is the most powerful antidote.
1)Spiritual/prayer - Pray(and do fasting) whatever your religion.
It provides tremendous relief and is a powerful combinations.
Fasting weakens the body and strengthens the spirit. People have been practicing this combination for centuries.
2)Emotional - Forgive as many times as you need to, it will remove the toxic emotions from your soul and heal your body as well. You dont need to reconcile (meet/embrace/befriends with the person who hurt you). Praying for the person who you hate or hurt you is an excellent way to get over these emotional wounds.
3)Medication - you will need medication. Change your meds, dosage or doctor if youre not getting the right results.
4) Physical - you must strive to be physically fit/exercise/sweat as much as possible to flush the toxins from your body. Eat healthy & minimize junk/processed foods as much as possible.
5) Psychological - learn to actively manage your thoughts & emotions. Continuously indulging in toxic self-pity & despair will impair your decision making - it will make you accept lower standards in relationships/values/morals.
Self indulging your (toxic) emotions will take you on a downward spiral of bad decisions.
You need to exercise quality control over your thoughts and actions. You need to analyse the situation & ask yourself - IS IT REALLY SO? Get some external feedback from a trusted source. How you feel about a situation and the actual reality may be wildly different.
Don’t maintain fixed-in-stone or unrealistic expectations of salary/life/people/jobs/etc - it is like a rock around your neck. It will destroy you. Let go and free your soul from crazy self-imposed standards which are usually unrealistic.
6) Serve a cause other than yourself - volunteer at least one hour a week helping someone who is less able; help an old person clean their house, visit or call someone who is lonely if you are able you. Once you can do this - it will give your life more meaning and purpose.
7) Live outside your head - do gardening, exercise, running, work with your hands. Adult colouring books etc. Learn new skills & keep GROWING with new interests and hobbies. Try to read actual books and do not use electronic devices before you go to bed.
Sleep at fixed times & MINIMIZE your social media use.
8.) high nutrition diet - make sure your body is supplied with adequate Vitamins & trace minerals like zinc, magnesium, folic acid , Omege-3 oils & animal fats in your diet (eg Ensure Milk powder by Abbotts Labs, cod liver oil capsules etc).
Drink plenty of water. Avoid caffeine as much as possible, it disrupts your sleep pattern.
Avoid sugary & processed foods.
Take vitamin B complex tablets to boost your mental alertness & sharpness and energy levels., **Alcohol, Medication and anti-depressants severely depletes your Vitamin B ( for energy and mental sharpness), Magnesium, Calcium levels. This must be replaced with tablets or food supplements.

I am in a similar situation as you, but for me it was because I got sabotaged by Singapore army. After physical bullying of 3 vs 1 I became very angry, for the next 3 years of my life I kept fighting against myself in my head that I was
eating shit during every meal. While eating tomato or chilli sauce I fought against myself in my head that I was eating menstrual period blood.
During EVERY single second of those 3 years I also kept fighting against myself in my head that the bullies were sodomizing me and my family members.
As a result I severely couldn't concentrate during exams and classes.
I am still having self esteem issues 14 years on from the incident. I went to army and didn't do some admin work due to fighting myself in my head
and army people thought I was lazy and thus bullied me as well. This is why I have zero sympathies and zero tolerance for bullies. I am 33 years old
and don't even have a first girlfriend, partly sabotaged due to bullying, masturbating to myself everyday like a loser.
I have also missed out on $260,000++ of opportunity cost in earnings from jobs. I went to teach the bullies a lesson by cyberbullying/harassing them online,
the bullies were so "strong" until they went to call the police LOL, but like I mentioned above, I have zero regrets because I was teaching them a lesson :)

I learned to flirt via the manosphere. Still suck, but one of the times I was doing great, I had a great and mostly physical relationship.
Some problems were…that texting was sometimes draining and so was the sex. I became complacent partially because I was so comfortable around her.

Frame is a dated term. But it's something that has to be there naturally, along with everything else. Fake frame can work in one-night stands when low value is pursued. But the value must be low. Genuine frame refers to whatever backbone qualities a man possesses that unconsciously prevent him from allowing the woman to control the relationship.
I don't know what masculine frame is, but what I do know is that some of those "tactics" (not toxic, just let her chase you) dating gurus teach work. Every single time I think "this stuff is probably bs.. and I can do whatever I want" and I deviate, the... girl... pulls... away like clockwork. If I start getting feelings for a girl and I cave and overpersue SHE. PULLS. AWAY. As a man, you have to go at the woman's pace. The moment I let the girl chase me, things just go smoothly. I'm healthy and hit the gym and earn over $100k/year+, I'm full stack literally hehehe.

The red pill is as actually the harder content to take dude. This at least makes sense. I’ve built a good life for myself, and have great friends as a result. My romantic life struggles a bit, but I know treating women like games feels gross, and inauthentic. So I’m still working on figuring myself out. Your videos are certainly pointing me in a more fulfilling direction.
In the end it all goes to the concept of BEING A MAN. It's so easy but at the same time so difficult to understand. Women greatest traits: passivity, cozyness, desire to care. Men greatest traits: proactivity, action, desire to CONQUEST. A pole is attracted to another. And no, i'm not telling that women arent proactive or do not take action, or that men are brute and don't care. i'm just explaining the genders in depht. When you start being a man who want to conquest and achieve things, women naturally will become attracted to you.

I consistently watch content like this to keep myself from forgetting or falling into the mindset most men have. you are exceptional at explaining things, I love rollo, fresh and fit and allot of lesser known people in the sphere but I get irritated watching them because they have a tendency to explain things in a way that most people wouldn't understand. Valid points, but ultimately we are mincing words. Women are generally still attracted to a strong masculine frame (e.g. a guy who is motivated, successful, focussed etc); the point that this is all-encompassing and cannot be faked. You need to actually _become_ "that guy", not just pretend to be him
Focusing on getting into the state of creation is way easier than playing games and focusing on girls
But idk whether women get attracted to that but I feel it is simpler than worrying about women.
