I was Able to solve the problem, it was a 10ohm resistor, a mini capacitor and a transistor replacement, on the driver board, resistor is R23 right next capacitor C23, both were defective, also had to replace transistor Q5, it is right next to the resistor, and after that it worked perfectly.

Is the RefDes you have mentioned for an AD200? Can you share an image indicating which part/component you have replaced. What is the model/part number of the Transistor and what value of the Capacitor? Thanks in advance.

That's an overvoltage problem. You should not test fire it because it has a high probability of burning your flash tube. Have it serviced.
