The problem has been solved and the reason is the lack of good contact between the SIM card and the connection points inside the phone. Place pieces of adhesive tape to increase the thickness of the SIM card housing and insert the card gently and the problem will be solved once and for all
@@creeadam5765 it does have IMEI number.. Can only use it with airplane mode on and wifi at the same time. I saw that comment. So i tried and it works. Let my son play games on it

I think there are two problem. 1st one is battery issue. because phone keeps starting nonstop. 2nd one is signal issue with mother board. therefore it is not working sim connection and wify connection. if u know more details or someone can to repair this issue plz comment
for this problem i sometime use my phone using flight mode and after turn on the fight mode After that i connect to wifi. it helps to me to use the phone for online browsing and social media whith fight mode. you can try this method
