Su-30MKI is deadly, has got air superiority over any other aircraft, its 4++ generation beast, f16 is old 3rd generation, no way close to it, SU-30mki has got super speed of around 2.5 Mac, High Maneuverability , deadly accuracy due to capability of hitting targets BVR(Beyond Visual range) which makes this beast an awesome machine, every sensible nation would respect its capability and power.

ok honest opinion from a defense analyst! sukhoi 30mki is a class another level its a 4plus en fighter with russian build and western avionics it can be compared to a f18 super hornet e/f class ...f16 falcon is a brilliant fighter and many countries have it but we can't compare both because they are different purpose sukhois are air dominance superiority fighters than interceptor! f16 are interceptor it has single thrust and less payload wheras sukhoi has double thrust more weapons payload and avionics so if forceful comparison its better than f16 by miles provided both pilots are equally trained. secondly mirage 2000 can be compared to f16 block 52 but in baharain auto show it outclassed f16 in many areas...they say block60+ is a better version which Pakistan doesn't have ! and its not that india can't buy f16 in the mmrca bid iaf rejected f16 saying its a single engine fighter which doesn't match their requirements hence they bought the rafeale which is another class altogether...so people from Pakistan getting excited about f16s? even iraq was given the f16 from US..many countries have it because its a good fighter which can serve multiple missions...but when iaf can get a diamond why settle for silver :)

Iaf su 30 mki is better than f16 in every parameters wether avionics,radar,weapon,range,and manuverability ,we have already beaten us f 16 several times in mock air combat in cope India 2004,2006,2008.But interesting to know not only with su 30 but also with MIG 21 bison. Currently we have more capable fighters then f16 that is upgraded MIG 29smt and new mirage 2005 so there is no need to worry about f16

India's upgraded Mig 29s are more than enough to destroy Pakistan's F16s ... let alone SU 30 MKI ... the upgraded Super Sukhois can take on just about any aircraft in their category / segment. 3 years from now we will have two squadrons of Rafale and then not only Pakistan but also China will be on India's cross-hairs
F16 became F16 when it knock out F18 which is equalizer to SU 30miki. Su 30 is long range fighter and too big to get hit, F16 can avoid F22 raptor canon Will SU 30 will do it when Su 29 Russian in 1992 failed in NWFP. Mig 29s were practically knock out in Cold war by F16s from the skies. F16 enjoy a feature, which over big jet is small, quick and not infeasible to nature. like Rafial and F22 Raptor and even SU 35 was issues with rain and thunderstorms.
