2 tbsp oil
2 tbsp butter

1/3 cup spring onion
1 tbsp corn flour + 1/3 cup water
1/2 tsp pepper powder
1/2 tsp chili flakes
1 tbsp vinegar/ lemon juice
1 tsp soy sauce
