1 kg chicken ( for brining-chicken merged in enough water+ 1 tbsp salt + 2 tbsp vinegar= keep aside for 1hour )
4-5 tbsp hung curd
1 tbdp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp chat masala
½ tsp black pepper powder
1 tsp kashmiri mirch
¾ tsp salt
½ tsp black salt
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp chili powder
2 tsp kasuri methi
1 tsp cumin powder
2 pinch baking soda
2 pinch food colour
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp mustard oil
½-1 cup fresh cream
4-5 tbsp butter
