Ingredients:
3 eggs
300 ml milk
50 gm sugar
1 drop vanilla extract
Cinnamon raisin bread slices
Fresh berries (strawberry, blueberry, blackberry)
Method of Preparation:
1. In a bowl, crack 3 eggs , add 300 ml of milk and a drop of vanilla extract to the mixture.
2. Beat the mixture until well combined.
3. Add 50 gm of sugar. Beat again until the sugar dissolves and the vanilla is mixed in.
4. Heat a pan and lightly spray it with oil.
5. Dip each slice of cinnamon raisin bread into the egg mixture, ensuring both sides are well coated.
6. Place the soaked bread slices onto the heated pan.
7. Cook until the bottom side turns golden brown, then flip and cook the other side until golden brown as well.
8. Serve the French toast warm with fresh berries, a sprinkle of powdered sugar, and a drizzle of honey. Adjust toppings according to your preference.
