Obviously you don't have a clue of how to use that Teapot. You put the infuser in the pot first. (Wrong) Now you have the infuser touching the bottom of the pot. (Wrong) Put the Ring Plate First then slide the infuser in to place. Now the infuser will not touch the bottom of the Pot allowing the water to flow through the bottom and sides of the infuser properly. Read the Instructions please.🤔 It is also better to heat the water separately and then pour the Hot Water into the infuser with the Tea in the infuser to fill the Pot. 🤔
